Your stores are a place for Civic Engagement. Very had to do during this time. Customer Service people must steel themselves for whatever element of life is needing attention!
Since this company wants to share so much with us as customers, I really got honest with my sales person. I shared TMI! I am buying walking shoes over paying rent at this point. ;) It is not her job to listent to my reasons for a price point. But I am buying shoes even though I may not be able to pay rent, gas or food. And that is crazy!
Exercise seems to be the only thing that might help life saving treatment side effects.
My Life Saving treatments are mostly helped by eating well/ the rainbow đ of veggies fruits and more to your tolerance and liking.
Also side effects of life saving treatment side effects are helped by the exercise!
I knew I could come to the store and get to look at many different types of shoes at once. My level of fatigue is so strange and easily triggered by having to navigate malls and more :-)
All customer service people are having to really be there for us in so many ways. And your store and salesperson was very helpful.
Not even our own families can handle the trauma; of what life-saving treatment side effects bring to the rest of our lives.
I had a price point. The foot measuring aspect went faster then I remember over a decade ago :-)?
So many services your salespeople offer. So much education and knowledge that they have. It is almost too much to expect a person to do so much "edutainment"! ;). But they are really giving it their all.

I wanted to compare shoes and two were not in my sizeâŠone was one was half up and the other half size down. My shoe size is in the normal/average range, not wide, narrow or on the edge of size range. Over the years when I pop in to try shoes this has always been the issue and it never changes even when they had a larger store. Ive never been able to just pop in and come out with a specific shoe I needed. So I end up shopping in line or at another local store or even Dicks. I hate the membership which i got on and can never seem to endâŠand miss the emails about auto renewal which is not an option to decline. Pretty much the only reason that made me go in yesterday besides shoe recyclingâŠbecause I paid the $70 auto renewal and they âgave meâ $40. So really I got $10 off one pair of shoes. That said, they have a decent selection of clothes for running. The sales people are nice but service is slow to get. They should have someone who just rings people up or grabs shoes for customers who know what they want kike an express service. Not everyone needs an âanalysisâ. When I can tell you my make and model and interest in a different shoe to mix it up on my daily runs, I know my needs. Reading customers and going off script would be nice. I also get a sense that I wouldnt be aeeing any of the employees running in a local race. But I HAVE to give them 5 âïž because I had the best shoe shopping experience in my life there yesterday. My PT & ankle surgon both highly recommend I go here. I hate shoe shopping my feet are so long and I can never find anything to try on and when I do itâs uncomfortable or ugly. But I needed new shoes so I went. John was my sales associate. He was so good. If you are not familiar with this store, they have a few test they run to narrow down the perfect shoes for you. So no more trying on a dozen and leaving without anythingâŠ. The computer gave me 3 options, but after discussing my concerns about one of them with John we tossed that one out. Tried on both and was shocked that I finally have had my Cinderella moment at a shoe store đ they were a perfect fit⊠That never happens ever! Iâm so thrilled I have options. I bought one pair but will probably have to buy the second one too because they were so comfortable. I appreciate that there was no high pressure sales tactics. I was allowed time to think and walk around in the shoes. John did a fantastic job in answering all my questions and concerns.
