Security guard/bouncer in front of the bar entrance. He’s the guy with the glasses, he’s a cool dude. Met a pretty nice bartender named Hannah. Introduced me to the bar and the some services that they provide especially all the epic arcade games and was even nice enough to give me a starter piece to get started on the games because I am not from this area and I know nothing about it but thanks to her, it was a nice experience. Games were great. I was questioning why not a VR game there like the Jurassic Park one but then again, I believe they’re going for the more retro-ish vibes for video games. Which is actually another reason why I like it.
The other bartenders were more or less ok. Same thing with the other security guards. All except one skinny young man guard with a ruffled fro. Glared at me like he can actually do something. Looked like the hardest thing he ever tackled was homework. If you’re gonna show signs of inexperience, at least try to mitigate it by avoiding things such as looking at your phone. Are you the Security/bouncer or a guy in inviting his friends to the bar? I used to do security myself, and respectfully, unless there’s an emergency, thats the last thing you should be looking at while working.
Nevertheless, if you go to this bar, (Make sure you have liquid cash on you! Otherwise, you will be making a visit to the epic ATM they have, It’s space invaders theme, I like it lol). The drinks are nice, they have a good price and the bartenders seem good. The games are good and cheap. Awesome designs all over the entire building as well. So if you’re ever hanging around downtown Tucson and you are a nerd this may be a place you would be interested in checking out and if you go there, give a shout out to Hannah and tell her she’s awesome!! 👍🏽
Overall, I will give this place to...
Read moreI liked this place to a point, after a certain hour the security starts hand searching the male guests only with only their hands. But it's cool that people can do drugs in the bathroom.
I stood there and watched guests allow themselves to be molested, groped and touched, fondled with the palms of their hands and not the back of their hands in private areas. All for the sake of nostalgia and relaxation?
They didn't search the women because they didn't have any female security? It is discrimination, sexual harassment and the owners should be ashamed of themselves because they really could have had a winner here.
I enjoyed this place until I saw that disgusting stuff, the millennials really could have had a place to go to unwind their stress, until you walk by the entrance to see the look of disgust and discomfort on people. Molested without even using a metal detector wand.
I started to take photos and the "security" started getting all uncomfortable, NONE were big enough to step up as men and tell management it isn't right. Big men alright?
Only adult males can be criminals and sneak stuff in?
That's ok though, women only hide things in their purses.
Games are fun though!

Read moreIf you are expecting a legitimate arcade bar this won’t be your cup of tea. I don’t really know who this bar is really for but for the most part it seems to attract the weekend party crowd. People don’t come here to play arcade games, people come here to mainly dance to late 2010 hip hop that is no longer relevant and to drink until they get kicked out or get into into a fight that seems to happen every weekend. In different occasions where I have gone with friends I have seen other customers kicked out for seemingly no real reason, in several cases it looked the reason was that the security guard simply doesn’t like you and decides on their own accord to make you leave. The bartenders are the only thing that is keeping this place afloat, they try their absolute best to get you your drink when they are dealing with over a hundred drunk people, the drinks are surprisingly well made with the small amount of time they have to make them. Other than that, if you like being in a crowded space where you see the same local drunks every weekend this will be...
