Went in for a shampoo/blow dry on Friday Morning. Claudia did my shampoo and she did a great job. She was also super friendly. Unfortunately, I was passed on to someone named Edith. I just wanted my hair done with the round brush, which she did do. Then she told me she was going to "straighten my flyaways". That was appreciated because I needed that done. As she started to do that though, she straightened my whole head? I thought it was weird because no other hairdresser has straightened a whole head for just flyaways and she kind-of ruined the round brush look I was looking for. Thought maybe she was just being thorough so I didn't stop her.

As I was walked to the register, she whispered to the person who was ringing me up that I got a "Hot tool...something?" She said it quietly so I wouldn't really hear it. In the end, I was charged $65 bucks which is crazy for a simple shampoo/blowdry. I wish I had addressed the price at that time. When I got home I went their website and saw the hot tool finish was where that extra cost came in and it was an extra 15 bucks or more.

As someone who planned to become a regular customer I felt Ediths actions were dishonest. Way to ruin a new customers experience for a couple extra bucks. Also, I still tipped because that's the kind of person I am. I won't be back and I'd avoid Edith unless you want to be overcharged for something you did...

I wanted 2 colors and a haircut paid over 300$ when it was done I couldn't even tell that my hair was even cut and the colors were not vibrant , you'd think blue and purple would be right? so I ask about after care and she brings me over to look at the products.
