Starbucks (inside Barnes & Noble) — Restaurant in Tucson

Staff was kind of rude, at least to us. Wasn't very friendly as far as greeting or being personable. Just took the order with a slight attitude, told me the total and left me standing there not knowing the transaction was done. When I asked for a drink carrier rather than getting me one or kindly telling me where they were she just pointed to the end of the counter. But then as we were waiting for our drinks someone who I assume is a regular customer or she knew somehow came up her attitude changed and she became very chatty and friendly with her. Answering questions she had pleasantly. Drinks were fine. That was only positive. I am used to fun, bubbly people at Starbucks. That was not my experience this time. I won't be returning there if I can find another one in my area...

The bakery selection is awesome. It's different than most other Starbucks, I think because they are more of a franchise model than a straight-up store. But it makes a difference. Discounts on things if you're a B&N member. However, they don't utilize the Starbucks card program...keep that in mind. I've seen irate people on more than one occasion get all huffy with the cashier who is literally helpless to the system. It's not their fault! Also, big, open sit-down area.
