Our first time trying Panda Express.

I thought the portion sizes would be similar to what you see in those videos on social media, but the reality was different.

For to go container, the container was just a regular one, with two small sections for the proteins and a larger section for the carbs.

We ordered three sets with two proteins each, and they barely filled the small compartments. The carbs portion was fine, though.

Here's what we ordered and our ratings: Orange Chicken: 2/5 Bourbon Chicken: 2/5 Fried Rice: 1/5 Broccoli and Beef: 3/5 kung pao chicken 2/5

The service was okay. They seemed to focus more on to-go orders than on us. While we were waiting to them to take our order, we noticed some items running out cause of the to-go orders. After ordering, we had to wait an extra five minutes since they ran out of Broccoli and Beef.

The food lacked flavour, and the portions were...

Tonight we visited and the girl working the counter was absolutely rude and not letting customers place their orders without cutting them off and asking them their order 2 or 3 times before she FINALLY got it understood. She had us wait for teriyaki chicken(told 10 mins till more came up) was 27 minutes and when she handed us our other food it was barely warm. She said- "I told the guys in the back to make more- they never listen to me. Not my problem. Heres your order". Then dropped my sons cookie in the bag but fell on the floor. She handed me the bag of food and I was like- can my son have his cookie please? She tossed it across the counter and it fell onto the floor again. Just not a good experience at all. She was rude and short with crew and customers in the HOUR...

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! Waited nearly two hours only to have them cancel and close. Called them twice wondering where the food was. The person on the phone assured me the first time that despite the tracker saying it hadn't left the restaurant, that she had personally sent it out. Imagine my surprise when the driver (They use Doordash) texts me to say she was refusing to give him the order. When I asked why she lied earlier she said something about the wrong person taking the food or some other nonsense. So our family was starving and we went to a nearby convenience shop for snacks as it was now quite late. The refund was not for the full amount either so we got ripped off there. At the end of the day we paid them to make us starve our first night in Seattle. Do not...

This location is big, bright, and great to visit compared to the typical mall food court locations where one finds a Panda Express. The layout allows for good eye-browsing. The two-item plate gives a good amount of food for a reasonable price. The recipes rarely change, but why fix what isn't broken? The Orange Chicken was cooked well, the right amount of crispy outside and chewy inside. The Szechuan Beef had the perfect amount of spicy-sweet, and both paired well with the Chow Mein noodles (and all were chopstick-friendly!) Service was friendly and quick, the restaurant was clean, and there's plenty of seating. For a quick and tasty bite this is a great spot.

Visited this location after a very long time and they have stayed consistent with their service and food. I have been to many other Panda Express in the state but this one does it right. The lady working there, I think she was the manager, was really engaging and welcoming. We weren't allowed to taste anything due to Covid but that's alright, Panda Express's menu has been consistent and safe for a very long time. All their options are great but I usually stick to my usual - chowmein, Kung pao chicken and a veggie roll. It never disappoints. Try it out when you can and in the mood for some American-Chinese easy, tasty take out.

I asked for chow meins but the employee gave me all celery and cabbage, very little chow meins or even no chow meins at all. I asked for a plate. most of it was celery and cabbage! In the photos I provided, I only ate the side dishes, and you could hardly see the noodles in the chow meins part! I also picked out half of celery and put it aside because I don’t like to eat it, but it was still a lot! The part of the chow meins in the photo is what I haven’t eaten yet. You can probably see that before I even started eating that part, there is only a little chow meins to be seen.
