I went there with my family as the once a month treat because the kids were doing so well in school. We are on a fixed income, so this outing was important to us. The price was 67.00 a bit more than I thought it was going to be, but that was fine. We got halfway home when my granddaughter started complaining that there was ketchup all over her burger, and it had all the stuff it wasn’t supposed to have on it. My daughter-in-law checked all the food and told me to turn around and go back. On the way back, I opened what was supposed to be my burger, and it had a dark brown ring on the edges and was hard as a rock! Even the bread and the fries were hard and brown as well. They had to know what they were sending out.
I got back there, and I showed the lady who instantly started to argue with me in front of my family. She wouldn’t throw the food away for us because I told her that I didn't want it. She said that we just want free food so at this point I felt awful, so I pulled out my burger and knocked it on the metal window counter asking her if she would feed this to her kids? She then paid me back for the food, but understandably not for the drinks. We left there with knots in our stomachs. I called the company, and they were not kind to me at all. Hate is a strong word, but I hate Karen's, so I tried my best not to act like one, lol. I didn't ask for a manager once! All joking aside, the company sent me 40. And we were left with a bad taste in our mouths. Side note... Our dog (who eats everything) refused to eat those burgers.
Fast forward to last month. My ex went there, even after I warned him. He asked for piles, and he made it clear the word "Piles" of lettuce on his two tacos. The cook even came to the window to ask what a pile of lettuce ment, but when he got home after bragging how I was wrong about that place he opened his tacos to show them off and was shocked to see barely one fingers worth. Hahaha! I told you so was in order from me. Lol. Never go there.
You might have a good experience, maybe the gods in that one place hate our family, maybe we should be loud and aggressive, but for us, but twice is too...
Read moreThey were having a bad day! Three people were on staff and managed to keep the drive through moving, however the inside folks were forgotten. We were not even acknowledged for several minutes. Then our order was taken and we went to a table and sat down. There was only a table of three men in the restaurant and they were finishing up their meal. After 20 minutes we went to the counter to inquire where our food was and presented the receipt showing how long we had been waiting.....20 minutes! They had our order ready within a few minutes and apologized for the confusion. The egg rolls were very well done, greasy and just warm. The burger was greasy. Such a disappointment! They would have been better to put a sign on the door stating that "Inside Dining is Closed" rather than getting a review like this.

Thanks for your response. No worries - everyone has a bad day now and then. I relayed the entire situation for you in my review. Your staff was doing the best they could and were very apologetic. This will not deter me from returning for your usually delicious egg rolls - honest!

Read moreGoogle says it's 24 hours so I placed a mobile order around 10:00 at night and then I went to pick it up and the drive through was blocked the lights were off and I called and found out that they close at 9:00 pm I really don't even want Jack in the box anymore. It was a far drive too. What a waste of gas and money. Google even says the store updated their hours 2 weeks ago so that just shows management has no idea what's going on here. So in the end I lost about $20, $10 in gas in about an hour of my time, and never got any food. Response 5/16/2022: The link you provided had me take a survey?. I completed the survey and at the end it asked me if "it was personal and would like somebody to contact you." I checked yes, and still haven't heard anything back.
