Really garbage experience just ruined it for me.
On friday, (07/24/15) I cruised into the drive through of this location. It was busy, 6+ cars ahead of me and that was no issue. Place my order for a XXL grilled stuffed combo with steak and large Pepsi, I am told the total is $8.25 via the screen and told to pull forward for the total via the order taker.
I pull to the window, and hand the gal $10.00. Her name is grace r. She works the drive through window a lot. She takes my $10.00 and proceeds to hand back seven dollars and change, I say "oh hey, that's not right. My food costed more then that." She panics a bit and calls for others to come help her fix it on the screen. 4 other employees look at it and then one asses the issue and says "just add the more till you get the correct total."
So then I'm charged $6.54 for the meal and grace hands me back $0.46 and my food.
I stare and say again "hey this isn't right either, I gave you a ten dollar bill and this isn't $9.56 worth of food."
She pauses for a moment and asks if I needed more sauce.
I shake my head and drive away, being that I am already late to go pick up my girlfriend from the train station.
Now all that could have been no big deal but this is where my fury is really set up : I have gone to this drive through at least once a day for a looooong time now. I love taco bell food and usually never have any issues.
So when I called back to and asked for a manager I got grace on the phone, now I had no clue she was the one I just had the ordeal with so I just asked for a manager and briefly explained the debacle. I was told that a manager would be a long shortly and placed on hold. After 2 min or so I was picked up and hung up on. I thought "huh must have been a mistake, maybe a phone issue."
I called back and reached grace again, this time, she was altering her voice to sound lower, (really lady?) I asked for the manager and was told by her that she was in fact the manager. I said great, explained I wasn't upset but just wanted my correct change (all of $1.29) and would like to be able to come back in a bit and get said change, I was hung up on.
I called again and was hung up on once more.
This was really aggravating and depressing, not only can I not trust my money to this place again but I can't trust them to make it right with me after they made a mistake. I wasn't rude, I didn't scream or threaten anyone I just wanted her till to be spot on and my correct change back.
Instead I was shown that this persons pride, incompetence, and pitiful attempt to duck out of a legitimate error on her part would mean they would neglect any and all forms of customer service.
Shame on you, I'll be sending a copy of this to you're customer relations...
Read moreI went inside to buy a burrito, while shopping in Tumwater with the intent on spending about $2. Was told at the register that I had to use the computer to do my own order. Which I don't mind but explain to the guy I don't want to use my credit card for a $2 purchase I want to use cash. I don't pull out my credit card for every little purchase. But the guy said I'm sorry we don't have anyone to work the register I am working drive-thru I cannot help you even though there was nobody in the Drive-Thru at all at the time. But I have had my credit cards account hacked twice already because the businesses online security isn't very good. So I got in my car drove through the drive-thru picked up my burrito and then pulled back around parked and went inside to eat it when I heard the same employee from the drive-thru register explaining to his manager that if he hears one more person complain about them not having a cashier inside he doesn't know what he's going to do. I'm going to say maybe his job a little better than he is now but I doubt it. Needless to say I will not be going to Taco Bell anytime in the near future until they change their policies. I understand during covid the cashless idea. But that was over 3 years ago. They need to get with the time if they expect people to use their self-checkout machine then they need to do like the grocery stores do and give you the option to use cash at the machine yourself not everybody wants to use your credit card constantly for every little purchase. But then to get that kind of attitude back when I'm trying to politely purchase at their business either way there are lots of other options for fast food. I will definitely be taking business to one of...

We haven’t ordered here since my last review four months ago. My kid asked for it, so I caved and placed a pick up order. It was correct this time, but as I checked to ensure it was, the guy at the window open and asked if something was wrong. The problem was his tone. He was rude and behaved as though I was doing something wrong. I told him I was just checking my order real quick and he rolled his eyes, shut the window and turned his back. I am being polite in saying my check lasted 30 seconds, but I’m sure it was more like 15. What is up with this location??

Pretty bummed about my experience here.. I tried to order through the mobile app but it wasn’t allowing me to pay. So I ordered through the drive thru, with less of what we really wanted to order at twice the price. I asked for “a #1, 3 crunchy tacos without tomatoes and a chicken chalupa supreme”. Unfortunately the order was received as a #3. When I arrived home to my teen (who NEEDED TB lol), I saw the order we received was wrong. Went back and met hostility. I work at BK myself. We’re imperfect humans and I fully accept that mistakes happen. The problem is meeting your mistake with denial and anger. I was NOT scheming for free food.. I just wanted what I ordered. I was told that there were 3 crunchy tacos w/o tomato in the second bag & my idiot self didn’t check bag.. again. I get home and see there are only 2. Just sharing a lacking experience from a particularly polite customer and fellow food...
