Lost Pizza Co North Gloster — Restaurant in Tupelo

Staying in a hotel a few miles away, decided to give these guys a try ... Wife loves wings, so we did the 12 count, $18. We also ordered a large pie, $25, and 1 $5 beer(👎). Pizza was decent, but when we got back to the hotel, opened the wings, ONLY 10 had been given to us. From the girl at the register, who seems Soo unknowledgeable that I asked if she was new, (she informed me she'd been there 7 months...😳😔), the inability to count to 12, the kid sitting behind the boxing station flipping his phones, using his shirt to wipe his face🤮, to the ZERO APOLOGY for the mistake... In fact, the lady that answered the phone offered to "make me the two missing wings"...????wt...! If I'm driving all the back, interrupt my dinner, for two wings? No, I'll drive back for a full refund. Upon my arrival, the money was in an envelope, and it was handed to me... Still, no apologies... Not sure about anyone else, but I think this was an epic fail. We do not recommend this Lost pizza location.

It's literally making a pizza, and deep frying some wings .. but, I guess you have to pay attention, and care about your job... Seems, here, these key attributes...

We felt like Pizza while in Tupelo and checked the reviews on Google and Yelp. Most were 4 and 5 stars. So we have it a try. I don't see how they warrant anywhere close to that rating. The ambiance was casual, clean and a bit eclectic. You order at the counter, get your own drinks and the staff bring your food. The staff was very friendly. Fried Ravioli appetizer was over cooked, hard, dry and not much taste. The only flavor came from the maranaria sauce. The pizza...we opted for a thin crust pepperoni and mushroom pizza. The crust was undercooked, not at all crispy...just a disappointing limp chewy rubbery tasteless mess. Very little pizza sauce, just a smear of red sweet tomato sauce...with no other noticeable flavors..not even salt or pepper. The mushrooms were fresh hunks that were served pretty raw, the pepperoni was thick and chewy, but had little flavor. The Mozzarella cheese has some flavor, was but extremely stringy. We tried adding some mozzarella sauce left from the appetizer...it gave it some taste. Overall...extremely disapointed...have had better frozen pizza from a...

The Kujo large and the happy hippie small individual ordered. Both thin crust add pineapple both, replace itialian sausage on Kujo with pork sausage . Not only were both pizzas not thin crust but they forgot the pineapple on both! Little too well done around edges actually burned!! Have ordered several times always got our order correct and was hot & delicious. Not this pass week though. It was a mistake that was gonna be corrected only it wasnt!!!! We Then was told remake only for employee to be rude and not redone!!! If that's the service we gonna recieve. I recommend going else where!!! Never think you matter to this company they don't correct their mistakes!! They don't care since they have your money already if it correct or not!! Shame on you North Gloster...
