The good: Food was OK and got to do a little shopping while we waited. The not so good: We ordered a chicken basket and they gave us a shrimp basket. When I asked for the correct order I got so much attitude. My 9 year old isn't going to eat shrimp, maybe she just pushed the wrong button. Cool, that's fine. I didn't receive an itemized receipt so I was unaware. As they were making the chicken basket I realized they were priced differently. They didn't offer me a refund which kind of ticked me off. When I asked for a refund to match what I actually ordered, Loren the guy was nice enough, but the lady Brittanz was huffy with me like she didn't just screw up my order. My mom's teriyaki chicken had no teriyaki in it and was plain chicken with noodles and veggies. I'm trying to be nice because working in customer service sucks, I did it for 10 years. At this point I was just done. They were rude, short with me, and were very unhygienic. I had to end up getting something from McDonald's down the road for my daughter because the girl working picked up a receipt off the floor with her gloved hand and just continued handling food! 🤢 DO NOT EAT HERE! They will treat you like an inconvenience, over charge you, and give you some sort of virus. Please eat anywhere else. Read moreVisited the Grand Canyon in Arizona (Oct 2019) and decided to go to the Pizza Hut for dinner with a group of 5 people. The service experienced was terrible. The person at the cashier was Daniel. He was rude and unprofessional. No hello/thank you, but was serviced with attitude. We had asked for 2 medium pizza and cheesy bread. While ordering we noticed a the family deal and asked what it included. Daniel’s response - well you didn’t ask for the family deal. I was quite surprised with the response. Few seconds later he just asked me to pay the difference of $3. He appeared quite bothered that I asked for a change.
If I was home in Canada, I would have asked to speak to the manager. I was in the US, so I bit my tongue.

Read moreThat location needs to shut down or change management ASAP. On Tuesday night we were standing on a long line to order pizza. After standing there for good 10 min without any acknowledgement from the workers , a men from the kitchen yells “ we are closed “ . As frustrated we all were ,we asked why would they be close and why weren’t we warned 10 min ago. One female employee comes in says that it was a false announcement which made us even more upset. We felt like they were just playing games. Once I demanded to speak to a manager , apparently the guy who yelled out that they are close showed up stating he is the manager. Instead of apologizing to us that he was wrong , he shouts at us and stated that if we get upset he won’t serve us any food. That was the que for us to walk out of that location. Please avoid that...
