Let me start that I had experience good and bad service before , I used to work in customer service in the past as well. But I have never experienced such a bad service at Stella’s ice cream , no I am not talking about all ladies who work there . There is one woman - Beth (she introduced herself as a manager , refused to give up her last name , long blond hair woman). Experience with her Every single time is The Worst . She serves you like she is giving you a favor , so rude . Never ever hint on slight welcoming smile , never ask how are you , how is your day going just to be polite . I come to this place at least 3 times a week for the last 2 years, so I know what I am talking about . Recently I came there 5 min before opening , Beth told me “We are Closed” . I asked if I can just get a mini cone for my son . She just said “ NO you can not “. No “sorry about that” , nothing at this kind . Just a rude “actually NO” Another time I used my gift card $200. She told me you don’t have funds it is declined . First of all there were more than enough funds (I called customer service , it was declined because some cashier machines require 3 digits code on the back and some don’t , and their gift card works only with certain systems unfortunately). But this woman Beth just told me with rude plain face the lie . If it was declined does not mean there are no funds . I told her that every time she works there are issues for some reason : She just Smirked at me . I asked her last name : she laughed at me . Today I came there again . Again what I see when I want to get ice cream for my little kids is plain rude face . I asked her if she knows why I don’t like her service. Guess what : She told me “I Don’t Really Care” and slammed the window in front of my face . That was unbelievable! I horned , she ignored me . I came inside , she lied and start saying that she is not gonna listen to me yelling at me ..Excuse me ? There was one question and I guess customer service agent (Manager!! For a minute ) does not care why her service sucks . I really don’t know how this woman got her job , and I hope the owner of this place will read this post . Ice cream is great , coffee is good ( beware if you ask a cup of water for your kid they will charge you 1$.
I will end this post with : I don’t understand why people who has 0 understanding of what good customer service is work there . I hope that owner of this place will do something about it , hire better agent to work there and Beth will learn her lesson. , get discipline penalty or at the very least will apologize . That’s...

The All-Nighter (chocolate, java, cookie dough) was a hit after dinner, as was the Blue Moon. I myself have never tasted the moon but it did have a distinct blue sense without being obviously raspberry oriented. I enjoyed the birthday cake, especially getting to try it via pushpop, since I wasn't feeling coney. The push pops are a great way to easily enjoy a smaller serving if the sizable scoops they provide seem a bit too much. Plus it's a fun way to eat and they're a low low price.
Stella's has a clean and organized storefront with a modern taje on the classic diner spin. It feels updated but comfortable. They also have ice cream sandwiches of different flavors, pints of all selections once you've picked your favorite, and even "pupsicles" made special for your gelato loving canine companions - they looked good. I was kind of sad to not be a dog. Staff was friendly even though we came in just before close and wanted to try things and...
Read moreSo many great ice cream flavors to choose from including vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free! Also a large variety of bakes goods like doughnuts, cookies, and waffle cones of all sizes. Toppings for the ice cream include drizzles (caramel, chocolate, etc.), candy, and sprinkles. I tried the new vegan flavor, cotton candy, and it is so much better than other vegan ice creams I've tasted.
The store is very clean and has a modern look to it. The lobby is small but organized with three tables and a large fridge of ready-to-take-home cakes, cupcakes, and cute ice cream push-pops.
The staff was so fun and polite. The one who helped me was very knowledgeable about all the different ice cream flavors and super willing to help me find the best ones.
Love the use of wooden spoons instead of plastic for the testers, the wonderful smell of waffle cones as you walk in, the adorable ice cream push-pops, and the photogenic neon sign out front.
Great spot for a quick date night, especially since they are open later on Friday and Saturday nights and...
