HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! I will NEVER return to this Applebee’s ever again! Just moved to Tyler from Oklahoma about 8 months ago. Gave this place a third chance first time we sat at the bar was told “since you have a out of state drivers license I can’t serve you it appears to be fake” we asked to speak with a manager 20 mins later after sitting never once asked if we were ready to order or wanted a water the manager came over grabbed my Id said “yeah they are fine”. So we sat there probably another 10 mins she FINALLY came over and asked what we would like I ordered a Coors light she poured Michelob. She then walked away So I walked to the bathroom as I’m walking past her (she doesn’t know I even got up) is complain to another staff member about how her manager made her look stupid because of my Id Wanted to order food bartender was more worried about giving people at the end of the bar shots and talking trash on people

Second time Came into this location was seated within minutes sat at the table probably 10-15 mins before anyone came to the table. I asked the table behind us who the server was they had only seen there server twice they placed their food order over an hour ago it was brought out wrong after waiting an hour.

Finally the server came I asked for a margarita they asked for my id at this point I had a paper Id because I had just switched to a Texas drivers license. She told me they couldn’t take it I said I clearly am of age she then stated “we can’t take paper ids but if your friend wants to buy you one he can” FALSE!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

She left the table didn’t return for probably 15 more mins came back took our order we sat at this table for 1hour and 25 mins before we even got our appetizer. I had to refill my own drinks. Every time we asked when our food would be out she said “let me go check” and never returned. At this point I’m over the top heated so I walked to the kitchen entrance spoke with the manager and here she comes walking out with our appetizer. I took it from her and told the manager on duty I no longer wanted her at our table. We then was given another server. About 35-40mins later our food finally came out. We didn’t get home on a Wednesday night until almost 12am because we were waiting that long.

Third time coming was last night after about a month from the last time. Called the store 8 times no one would answer on the 8th try Brandi picked up I asked to place a Togo order she said im currently busy can you please hold I said Brandi I’ve been trying to call for the past 20 mins can you please take my order she then said “it’s pribably best if you just come into the store and place the order” I said there she said “are you coming in to place the order” so I hung up! Came into the store took my order but realized I left my card at home he told me it would be about 17 min wait. I drove home. (I live past old Jacksonville hwy) took my dog outside got my card and came back and paid probably gone 20-25 mins. Server said “let me go bag that up for you 22 mins later he came out with my Order It took the kitchen staff over 50 mins to make a simple order of wings and chicken.

Every time I ask to speak with the GM The response is “she’s not here at the moment but you can contact her I think her next day she works is next Monday. But here’s our corporate number”

WHAT GM IS NEVER AT THEIR OWN STORE. THIS STORE NEED HELP IT NEEDS A NEW LEADER A NEW OWNER NEW STAFF NEW EVERYTHING!!!!

My husband and our son and his girlfriend and myself we decided to celebrate her getting into the Radiology program and working when we got to the restaurant it was good vibes. This was myself and my blind husband first time there. We ordered drinks we waited 15 minutes just for our drinks. We were very patient cause it was a special occasion, we finally got our drinks they were good. They didn't have everything to make our drinks complete once again we were patient, didn't find out until we got our drinks. Then we ordered our food we also had appetizers. My son didn't order any alcohol drink just a regular one. Myself and my husband, son girlfriend has completely finished our drinks. Still no appetizers and no drink for my son. Now 20 minutes went by no drinks no food no waitress. Still patient finally got appetizers after 25 minutes later and waitress. Now we eating and more drinks finished appetizers and drinks we waited again this time 20 minutes. Got our food we connected hands and prayed. Started eating our food my husband and my son girlfriend both ordered burgers and fries. When she took a bite of her burger it was so raw all inside she didn't know until she bit itand put it down. She immediately spit it out cause she ordered WELL DONE, no bacon wich she ordered wrong veggies. We sat with the raw burger on the table for 15 minutes had to get up tell someone 10 minutes after they took the raw burger another burger came out. Everyone else has eaten there food son girlfriend tried to finish but just couldn't. At this time we're still being patient no one came to the table to apologize to. Waitress said she had to pay for the burger. Asked to speak to the manager quietly and patiently he said he didn't know and there is more than one manager there he started blaming the waitress never apologized. That's when my patient left me. I asked him what kind of manager stands and talk but don't apologize and blames someone else. He says he will take care of the bill what else do we want him to do. I asked him to get our checks and let him know I am a representative of OSHA and it's not about the money it's dealing with people health I did take a picture of the burger and recorded everything the manager said to us I didn't postt the pictures my boss has them. Feeling disrespect the worse place ever to eat my son and his girlfriend left feeling discriminate. I would never go back and I will work with my boss and his boss to make sure this feeling and experience doesn't happen to anyone else. GOD Doesn't like ugly. Unfortunately this was a less than a pleasant experience. At first staff was courteous then everything went downhill.

My friend who was visiting from out of town and staying at a nearby hotel ordered an appetizer. We both ordered a drink.

My guest got the attention of a nearby server to request a wet towel because the table was dirty. She brought napkins. When he reiterated he needed something wet, she was visibly displeased and told the manager, Sarah. Sarah brought over a wet towel and the issue was resolved.

When my gueat's appetizer arrived, it was in a very small bowl and only half full. My friend said nothing to the waiter. He figured he would just eat it. The waiter left and when my friend took a bite - it was too much. It was disgusting. He chose not to make a big deal and attempted to catch the manager. The manager didn't return but sent the waiter. My friend let the waiter know it didn't taste good. A few minutes later the waiter (Willyum...yes, that was the way it was spelled), returned with a new and larger bowl and explained "they" had given him the wrong bowl. My guest accepted it without fanfare.

In the meantime, my nachos looked good upon arrival. However, upon further digging, the cheese under the top was not even melted and cold. A few bites were filled with too much salt, and I usually like salty chips. I could not finish the nachos. Too cold and lousy taste.

Back to my guest. He had asked for limes for his "tacos"...they never came. He went to the bar to obtain some. He did finish the "tacos" but overall they "missed the mark" totally on food and service.

I did politely let the server know. He explained he was new and did have the appetizer removed from the ticket.
