I will "NEVER RETURN" nor will I refer anyone to this Tyler, Texas establishment. The night manager, SAVANNAH , was "very rude" and "very unprofessional". I am shocked that Jimmy John's would employ such a pompous person who does not value their customers. After SAVANNAH addressed me about customizing the GARGANTUAN sandwich (mustard instead of mayo), she said I should have known what comes on this sandwich because she has assisted me before. This was a total bold-faced lie because I have never seen this person ever in my life! Why would anyone do business with such a crooked and lying manager who displays rudeness to their customers? She would not refund my money, or my tip, that was paid to the cashier (whose name is Asia) which is what I was requesting due to her poor customer service. I'm quite sure that this "IS NOT" the first time that SAVANNAH has treated customers, or staff, with this type of disrespect and crazy fabricated stories. I'm quite sure that your staff will side with SAVANNAH due to their fear of retaliation or their fear of termination. What a terrible, terrible experience! Read moreI work at a dental office and get short lunches and use to order from this place every week and never had any problems. Previous time i ordered for a delivery and an hour later i still haven’t received my order. I called and they said i haven’t picked up my order and then i was said why would i give my address if i was coming to pick it up - manager was rude and i asked for a fresh sandwich and drink and they didn’t want to and after more arguing they finally said they would make a fresh sandwich and they didn’t want to refund but eventually they did. And today i called to place a delivery and they forgot part of my order i asked if they were going to bring it and i guess it was going to come whenever he was free. 20 minutes later still not there I called and the service was rude again over the phone , they didn’t want to refund my drink. I told them i didn’t want to drink anymore because i was going to go out and buy one and he told me there system wasn’t allowed to refund. They made the sandwich and it tasted great but that small amount of kindness was missing . Maybe pay them better…kindness shouldn’t cost anything…like “thank you” or “have a nice day” or “enjoy” when passing a customer the sandwich with a smile. Also, the question I asked about the app seemed to ignite annoyance in the staff as I was told they have nothing to do with the app. I can’t use my card in the app without Apple Pay and I don’t want to use Apple Pay. Do I still get pairings and free stuff? I don’t know, because even by putting my phone number in at time of purchase in the store doesn’t result in corresponding change in the app suggesting I even made a purchase.
