El Pollo Supremo - Union City 3223 — Restaurant in Union City

Last year I order a yellow rice with vegetable and a potatoes salads I Pay over the phone when I went to pick it up they have given my potatoes salad to another customer this was for christmas so it was a big order they end up giving a refund. I try then again this year order a rice with vegetable for Thanksgiving i told them I will pick up at 12 got there at 1pm and my order was giving to another person I call them saying I was on my way and was going to be there at 1pm and again they gave my rice to someone else so when I got there I had to wait 40 minutes cause they run out and they was just making it and when i told them they were wrong cause it was paid and what they did was wrong they got mad this place is terrible don't go here try west ny maybe is better .they didn't even apologize. The food is really gooddd but there services and big order terrible u cam stay with no food for your holiday with this people cause they give to another customer and they don't care...

I Called to place 2 grilled chicken sandwich for pick up. The lady that picked up the phone misunderstood and thought I said “chicken tenders” she realized her mistake once I got there and told me it would be an additional 10 minutes for the chicken sandwich. She was very apologetic so I said it was fine I was just going to wait in the car. 10 minutes passed and I went to pick up the order and went home. When I got home and opened the container I realized they had put the CHICKEN TENDERS INSIDE THE BREAD ! I called them upset and asked them to deliver the right order to my house. 1.5 hours later I get a mediocre chicken sandwich. Definitely won’t be giving them another visit. I’ll stick to the pollo supremo on 42nd st. The 3 stars is for the girl that works in the front who...

I gave it a test drive for 2 weeks. Overall is a really nice place, but they make excuses for employees orders mistakes. And it is something customary. You order something at the cashier and if they can't comply with your request then they modify the order to their please. When you complain about it, they just explain to you how better is that option from the one you ordered. It happened to me once twice, and the third time I just walked out leaving my order behind. I rather lose a couple of bucks than suffering from a stomach flu...
