And on an Arby's kick for probably the last month or so and I have eaten Arby's almost every single day until today. Due to my job sometimes I don't get to pick up anything to eat for dinner until between 10:00 and 10:30 usually it's beforehand but tonight was one of the instances where it was after 10:00 but 20 minutes until close. Are there any different locations due to the my job type and tonight it ended up being Eastgate. I almost 100% of the time order my meal online and tonight was one of the instances where it kept popping up error when I tried to place my order. Sometimes I believe it's because it's later in the evening however I have not been turned away at 1 Arby's location telling me that they couldn't give me the deals that it's offered me in my Arby's app until tonight. This rude guy working drive-thru, who shockingly turned out to be ethan, the manager, even more disappointing, and he was so rude flat-out refused to allow me to order what I was going to order online which were sliders that are currently a dollar if you order them online and I believe $3 if you order them in the restaurant. I did attempt to order them online, however once again every other location has had zero problem. I went straight there and he flat-out refused to take my order based on what I would have been able to order online. I explained that all the other locations have done it for me it's not like I didn't try to order it online to begin with and nowhere online does it state that these these offers are only good until a certain time of the night or that the app stops taking orders at a specific time. Which is probably why none of the other Arby's locations have me any pushback whatsoever and of Happily taking my order at the register and giving me the deals that are offered online every single time this has happened. Ethan was rude and disrespectful when I drove past to go and leave the parking lot after he refused to take my order he was laughing and smiling at the drive-thru I'm guessing to impress the other young kids that work there with him. This is not acceptable. I have worked in customer service on and off my entire life, and not only have I managed businesses in the past, I've also managed an Arby's location and no time have I ever known of it to be acceptable not to go above and beyond for a customer and help them with whatever they needed help with. And because of this I knew that when he told me that he couldn't and wouldn't give me the deal through the drive-thru that it was because of this I knew that when he told me that he couldn't and wouldn't give me the deal through the drive-thru that he was lying to either get out of doing his job or just to be rude and it really very disappointing. I won't be going back to this location and it's a shame because I spend a lot of at this restaurant on a daily basis and to know that I'm going to be turned away and treated the way that I was because somebody doesn't feel like doing their job which is helping customers while doing your closing duties. Not being irritated that you can't do your closing duties and get out of there at exactly a certain time. Maybe they need to start hiring managers that are more mature and actually care about their customers. This is beyond disappointing. So off I go to another restaurant, and it's not Arby's. So just a heads up if you're not at Arby's long before closing and eastgate, I wouldn't bother because if the manager doesn't care about their customers you can guarantee that the employees there are going to fall asleep. So...
Read moreLike so many people in this site's reviews. . I don't know why I keep giving them chance after chance after chance. Repeatedly, anytime I order from Doordash, this place forgets an item. Whether it be a menu item, or sauce that I've requested, and its Doordash that has to give me a credit because of Arby's mistakes. On the rare occasion that I do have a vehicle to be able to pick up some food, (I no longer have a vehicle due to unemployment with the pandemic) and make it to Arby's, and even after looking in the bag. . . somehow, something is still messed up. Whether it be forgetting the extra toppings I've requested, or getting stone cold fries. Today . . was the last straw. I had borrowed a parent's car to run some errands, and on the way home, I picked up Arby's. I looked in the bag, saw my sandwich, fries, and mozz sticks, the window person almost forgot my marinara sauce, but luckily I remembered to tell them to include that. . I get home and eat my semi warm sticks, but when I opened up my sandwich . . it was the completely wrong food. I'd ordered a chicken bacon and swiss meal . . and they gave me a roast beef sandwich with cheese sauce on the side. No longer in posession of the vehicle I"d borrowed, I still called Arby's because I have run out of patience with this location and the repeat after repeat after repeat offenses of order inaccuracy. Understandably, I was very upset. I did harshen my tone, but the "training manager" hung up the phone on me!! So, I called back and this time, I reached the "general manager" Sonya. Not only did Sonya locate my missing food, but she also claimed that she bagged the order herself and didn't know how things went wrong. Sonya's solution? Come back to the store and they'll give me a credit. I don't have regular transportation. I can't just run back up there. I demanded the name of the employee that hung up on me, but Sonya refused to provide that information. She also refused to give the name and number of her "supervisor" Caroline that was out sick today. Yet, she did say she'd call them and that this person would call me back. I seriously doubt I'll ever hear back from this Caroline person, so I made it very clear that I intended to call back and keep calling until I was able to speak to Caroline to ensure that a resulution can be made. She said that she would tell employees to not answer the phone. Even at the end of the call, I still told Sonya to "have a nice day" . . and what was her response? "Whatever." Absolutly abysmal. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY with this Arby's location. Go...
Read moreTerrible Service. I have never not sat for atleast 30 minutes. Even if I am the only car. They get my food wrong every single time. Literally. Every..single..time. I usually dont post bad reviews...but they desperately need to pull corporate in on this place. The last time I was there I sat for over 20 minutes at the window..no customers inside mind you..before I was even aknowledged. Then the employee got an attitude and basically threw my bags at me. Low and behold..my order was wrong. Had to go back and then got mocked at the counter like I wanted a free fry. Trust me...I love Arbys fries...but they have never been fresh there...in fact..I watched the employee put a fresh fry in the bag and apologize, then the woman who got an attitude ripped it back out of my bag and put an old fry that was sitting on the counter (probably the fry they didnt bag anyways) and gave me that one instead. I wont go back there. I gave them so many chances. Gave them the benefit of doubt having been in the food industry myself for over 15 years. Never again. My mistake. Retrain your staff there please and teach them...
