It's Chipotle. The food always taste good however, my experience today was not good. First I ordered a burrito that had to be re-wraped multiple times. My paitentice grew a little thin, (due to a timed lunch break) so I told them to leave it be and I'll eat it. I could understand if I had filled up a 3lb burrito and it was stuffed, but that wasn't the case.

After I sat down to eat, I noticed the music was so loud I couldn't carry on a conversation with my wife over the phone. The lady next to me was sitting with her toddler trying to eat as well. It made it tough when they were holding their ears most of the time.

There were another 2 lady's to the opposite side of me who were just trying to catch up over lunch and ended up getting "to-go" containers as they also were uncomfortable. The only individuals who seemed to been ejoying anything were the obnoxious 17yr old employees.

They lady with the toddler asked an employee to please turn down the music. The employee's tone of voice and body language suggested that she was in disgust that she asked such a thing. Then employee snarled and walked around to the back for several minutes and adjusted the volume down just a touch almost enough just to spite the customer. The music was still too loud. I ate my food as quickly as I could and began to leave. The lady with the toddler left in front of me. As she was walking out, the music was adjusted louder again.

As good as the food is, the experience is not worth stopping back in the location. Plenty of other Chipotle locations that are indeed more customer and product driven...

Been meaning to write a review which was going to be a bit better than this but there’s few issues I take.

Rice being 50/50 here kinda sucks, it’s either made like a pro or I get mini rice balls and I kinda hate it.

Portions are the same. Depending on who is working, when you say “extra rice” it’s either another scoop, or the most comical thing I’ve ever seen dropped in a bowl. And that goes for everything else down the line salsa, lettuce, the whole shabang. Huge air pockets in the guac suck.

Vingerettes are either not prepared at all or completely frozen and I have to thaw them out. What’s even worse is really gross discoloration, I came to manager about it and was told it was fine and I got sick afterwards. I know people will sometimes ask for them, but it’s only reason why I will go to chipotle and eat their food. Sorry but if it’s on the menu and not prepared, then why have it at all.

I love the older cashier lady. She’s probably my favorite reason and only reason I return to the location. She’s very kind, respectful, and I appreciate her work.

Please do not take this as “I’m being a Karen about it” but the inconsistency of the location is really off putting to people who want to be regulars. I understand this is just a Chipotle, but It’s one of the only places close by and I would love to see...

I eat at this location consistently — usually two to three times a week. The food is always solid, no issue there. But the portion consistency is a recurring problem that needs to be addressed.

Even when you clearly ask for double or triple meat, you get the scoops — but they’re noticeably light. It’s almost like the word “extra” doesn’t register. Same goes for rice, cheese, and other toppings. The portions are short, and the team quickly moves on to the next step in the order, making it difficult to speak up without holding up the line. And when you do pause to address it, you’re made to feel like you’re asking for something unreasonable — even though you’re paying for more.

I used to think it was just the rush or the team being inconsistent, but after getting full scoops from one employee one day, then noticeably less the next, it’s clear this is a directive from management. They’re instructing staff to cut portions — regardless of what’s been paid for. And judging by other reviews, I’m not the only one who’s picked up on this.

No one’s asking for anything free — just give people what they’re paying for. If inventory is running short, plan accordingly. The food is good, but if this pattern keeps up, I’ll take my business to another location that respects the order and...

This Chipotle location has really gone downhill — and not in the fun, sledding kind of way. The food quality has been consistently disappointing. On multiple occasions, my family and I have been served rice that was either undercooked or so dried out it could double as gravel. The guacamole deserves its own sad chapter. Three separate times I’ve walked away feeling let down. Once because someone clearly forgot the lime juice, and twice because the avocado was left in large, unmashed chunks. Nothing says “we gave up” quite like a scoop of guac that feels more like chunks of shame than creamy perfection. And then there was the unforgettable visit when the HVAC system was dripping steadily over the drink station. Buckets, trash cans, and caution signs were scattered around like modern art installations. Safety first, of course, but the obstacle course it created made simply grabbing a drink feel like competing on American Ninja Warrior. After enough rounds of culinary roulette (and hydration gymnastics), we’ve decided this location is no longer worth the gamble.

First let’s start off by saying that I worked at one of the busiest Chipotle’s in Cincinnati, 7 years ago. I placed a mobile order at this store which I rarely go to. I got home and opened my bowl and found very little portion sizes. I also ordered lettuce and received ONE piece of lettuce 🤣 I then drove 10 minutes back to this Chipotle and explained the situation / asked for a remake. The young girl at the mobile pick up area had little to no hospitality skills. She told me I can ask for “extras” next time I order. I pointed out several bowls in the line that were being made and they were clearly the correct portion size without people asking for extra ingredients. She ignored acknowledging the fact that the bowl was incorrectly made. No sorry or anything was said. I was not rude at how I approached the situation and made it clear that I do not complain at restaurants very often. With all that being said, I would not recommend getting a mobile order from this location. Get in line and order down the line so that this doesn’t happen to you.

Picked up my online order on Thursday night and this is what I found after driving all the way home. You should know that the bag sat upright the whole way home so this is not because of something I did. The guy actually handed me this bag from behind the counter, it was not waiting on the shelf when I showed up to grab it. What's suspicious is the lid was perfectly clean on the inside and showed no evidence it was dropped. That said, there's just no possible chance they were unaware of this before handing me my food. I just don't know what to think of it aside from someone ate half of my bowl. And if that wasn't enough, Chipotle pulled the classic mix their fresh chips with their leftover stale chips routine. Half of my chips were obviously warm and fresh while the other half were rock hard. They just love to do this at the Eastgate location. CAN YOU PLEASE STOP THIS? Yes, people notice.
