Used to love this place... always cooked to order and done fast. Good food, prices have gotten out of hand. And fingers are half the size of other similar restaurants. My family and I have been canes customers since well before they came to the Cincinnati area. But today I've reached my limit. This is my daughter's favorite food and she had gotten a box combo gift card in her Easter basket. When we came to use it, the woman tried to charge for his soft drink that comes with the box. I pointed out that even on the card it has a soda pictured and it is supposed to come with the meal. Which is $12. And I also told her that my daughter doesn't drink soda anyway and would have preferred water. She then snatched the cup back and refused to give my daughter anything at all to drink with her food. For $12 for four tiny pieces of chicken and less than a palm full of french fries is ridiculous. The woman was rude and after this incident I've had it. I will not come back to this location and probably won't return to Kane's at all. I highly suggest retraining the cashier Paige, or risk losing more customers. Including a photo of the menu board to show what it's supposed to be included in the meal. What we received was far from it.

This was our first time having Raising Cane's. Maybe the hype was too much because we were terribly disappointed. Our cashier was very friendly. Once trying the chicken and the sauce, I tried it again. Yuck. I went back up for a honey mustard. The new cashier said she needed to charge me. That's fine, I told her I needed anything to cover up the canes sauce. I laughed because it wasn't her fault. She wasn't pleased in the slightest. Also, it may not need to cost more than a few cents had it not been in a plastic ramekin AND small to go box! Why the waste? I'm not sure what we were expecting, but not this. My lemonade wasn't even good. Lemonade behind the counter is always good! I may have been expecting a Zaxbys? We did, however, love the cardboard cut out of Danny Trejo!

We made a trip to Cincinnati and was so excited to see Raising Cain's right around the corner from our hotel. We were going to eat there that evening but unfortunately it had closed early due to Labor Day (or that is what we thought lol) So we decided we would eat lunch here after venturing to Jungle Jim's the next morning. I'm so glad we did, too! This was my 1st time eating here, and I LOVED it. The server was GREAT. He was super nice and very helpful! He told us about how they make the LEMONADE fresh DALY, which, btw is DELICIOUS as well! The food was AMAZING! I got the 4 piece Platter and substituted my coleslaw for another piece of the garlic bread ( I love that stuff, 😋!) The restaurant was very clean! I will definitely eat here again when I am back in Cincinnati.

Was in the drive thru tonight because u can’t go in and an older gentleman walked out and told all of the cars at 7:57 on my clock that if we aren’t up to order by 8 pm they will turn us away because they close at 8. A few cars left at that moment but the rest of us waited and sure enough the older gentleman walked out with a post and put it up in front of a car about 4 cars ahead and wouldn’t let us order. I rolled my window done and told him that is bad business. I get u close at 8 but everyone has to stay longer for people. I work for a doctor I can’t just say well it’s 5 pm u can’t stay even though u have a broken foot. My family orders a lot from canes but after this I don’t know if I want to. They probably lost 20 cars tonight from all the ones that pulled away when he told us u closed at 8 and then when he stopped us and we all left. I took my business to another chicken place. Very unhappy and like I said not good for business. Very close to reporting this to the BBB for...

For chicken fingers or tenders, it's hard to beat Raising Cane's in the fast food category. Always tender, moist and flavorful. The crinkle cut fries are slightly crispy, but soft inside. Id like more options for sides and especially some different sauce choices, but I also understand that the extremely limited menu allows Cane's to serve quickly and at a reasonable price. The Texas toast is great and slaw is very good too. If you like what they do offer, the experience between locations never really varies, so that's a big win. Consistently good is indeed very good in my book. But, because of the extremely limited menu, Cane's isn't my first choice for fast food chicken (Popeye's is), but it is the preferred option for several in my family, so we go there with some regularity and are never disappointed. If you like their full menu: tenders, 1 flavor of sauce, fries, slaw and Texas toast, Cane's is a...
