horrible service i was at my job and i didnt have enough money to tip i felt bad but nothing i can do so, when i signed he said sign for the tip you wanna leave i said i couldn't. He got upset and said this is how i make my living. i said i'm sorry and he then proceeded to curse me out in his language which was in punjabi which is india i know bc i have friends who are from there and i understand alot through my friends an when he began to make tyhose remarks in another language.
I immediately understood what he said and i got mad and told him im reporting him. i called cooperate and they said they would handle it and asked for my address in the hopes of to send me something as an apology gift but i said no thanks and that was months ago. my little brother wanted dominos yesterday 11-11-17 so i said fine i ordered online and i waited over an hour and nothing i called and basically moral of this story is the morris avenue branch has horrible service and i since this last time i have never went back i im now been ordering online threw pizza hut and i haven't experienced any problems at all and i like to say to dominos you lost another valued costumer all due to the fact your employees are poorly trained at specific locations many of them have attitude problems and even customer service has even shown proper etiquette and deceny when handling proper phone calls, ive spent so much money at dominos wether carry out or delivery and im just deeply frustraited with the lack of professionalism shown in the union nj on morris avenue branch, and the elizabeth nj branch on elizabeth avenue all this money dominos makes you would think just bc its a franchise and people who buy the name but dont quite meet the standards, you would think they "dominos" would help retrain they're new business partners that join they dominos family.
how sad, seems if i want good service i have to go to a more suitable location such as low crime rate areas andf im born and raised in a high crime area so no this is not a geographical location racism its a observation and im making it very clear bc it seems in high crime areas big franchises always seem to higher people who tarnish they're reputation or dont care about the people who serve us as long as the money keeps coming in who cares right???? ill let you all be the...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed with the service at the Domino's location on 1903 Morris Ave Ste B in Union, NJ. My recent experiences with their delivery service have been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable.
On May 22, 2024, I placed an order, and when the delivery driver arrived, he demanded a tip from me in an aggressive tone, which I did NOT GIVE. This behavior made me feel very uncomfortable and was completely unprofessional. Tips should be given at the discretion of the customer based on the service quality, not demanded in such an intimidating manner.
Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. On May 12, 2024, another driver from the same location forgot to hang up the phone and proceeded to call me "stupid" because he couldn't find my place. I had provided specific markers and clear instructions in my delivery notes, which have always been sufficient for other delivery drivers. His rude comment was not only unnecessary but also deeply disrespectful.
These incidents reflect a serious lack of professionalism and customer service at this Domino's location. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but these recent experiences have left me highly dissatisfied and reluctant to order from this location again. It’s disheartening to see such a decline in service quality.
I hope the management takes these complaints seriously and addresses these issues promptly. It’s important to ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar negative experiences. Until there is a significant improvement, I will be taking my...

I ordered pizza from Domino's at 9 AM with the intention of having it delivered to my son's 1st-grade class. The order number was #16, and I had hoped to surprise the kids with a fun lunchtime treat. However, my experience turned into a complete nightmare.
By 12:45 PM, I was informed by the teacher that the pizza still hadn’t arrived, even though the delivery was supposed to be in the morning. After calling the store to inquire, I was told that they hadn't even started preparing my order yet. I explained that it was a school order and that after 2 PM, the school would let out, meaning there would be no need for four boxes of pizza. Still, there was no sense of urgency or remorse. They didn’t even apologize for disappointing me, or the kids who were excited about the pizza.
To make matters worse, there was no proactive communication from Domino's – no text, email, or phone call to inform me of the delay. I was left completely in the dark and forced to deal with a frustrating situation on my own.
If you're planning on ordering from Domino's for a special occasion, especially something important like a school event, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and utterly disappointing. Don't make the same...
