This summer on monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays they have all you can eat wings for $19.83 with purchase of beverage. They start you off with 10 wings of your choice of sauce and you can get them either naked or breaded, then it's 5 or 6 each refill that follows. All you can eat also comes with a large basket of curly fries which is cool, but don't fill up on them while you wait for your wings to come. They are great as a pallet cleanser though; three wings in a row then maybe a fry or two then. get back to getting your wing on.
I got all my wings naked and not breaded so I can put down more. I also had a side of blue cheese, which lasted me almost until the end of my last plate.
I tried the garlic hot, which was the best one of the night and my first 10. Don't let the four pepper spice rating for you which is the highest tied with like nuclear Buffalo or something, these had a great flavor with a little kick but I probably could have ate these the whole time. The dry rub lemon pepper were okay, because the wings were nice and crispy but actually lacked a bit of the lemon flavor I was looking for. I actually took the lemon wedge out of my diet coke and squirted it on them and they immediately became a lot better.
The Daytona flavor is like a barbecue, mixed with hot sauce, mixed with a bit of honey, and maybe a little soy in there. Don't get it confused with the Daytona style wings which is the same sauce but the wings get finished on the grill. That wasn't available for the all you can eat. My last flavor was the samurai teriyaki, which was basically a spicy teriyaki sauce...it was pretty good. I would definitely recommend the garlic hot as a must have, the Daytona and samurai as ones that take flyers on for your round of 5/6 wings, and if you do get the lemon pepper I mean I guess ask for some lemon wedges or extra seasoning (but that may lead to you just getting a whole lot more black pepper just to get a little bit of lemon flavor so beware).
Service was good overall (kinda fell off at the end) and everyone even the non our section waitresses said hello or smiled to us (yes...I know it might be an act, friendliness is friendliness!). We each got the all you can eat plus a drink each and after tax it came out to like $52. We each had 25 to 27 wings, so certainly got our money's worth when you consider 10 wings is like $16.99. are waitress boxed up are curly fries too since we hardly touch them...
Read moreI went there for the bikini show on a Thursday night. I ordered my food from the server, and then another server brought it out, but it was wrong. They added fries when I told her I did not want fries. She got the original waitress who said she would take it off of the check. I was there for about two and a half hours. Not once did the waitress come over and ask how was the food, do I want anything else, do I want anything more to drink. I could not get her to come over to the table to get a check. I go to the front and waved to her to get her attention, she gives me a quick wave and turns her back to me as I am about to ask for the check. Then a male employee, tells me, "You can't stand there." He could have been a little more courteous. I told him I was just trying to get my check, but no response from him so I walk away. The person at the table where I was sitting told the manager that I was trying to get my check. She comes over to give me my check, I have my hand out for it, but she isn't looking at me so she missed my hand twice. I signed the check, but she never came back to the table, so I left it there. No thank you or come back. Then as I was walking out, being a senior citizen with a severely arthritic knee, I guess I was not walking fast enough through the crowd, one of the servers that was in the show, shoves me in the back with two hands. I turned around and her response was, I have to get to the back. She shoved me hard enough, that if I had done that to another customer, I am pretty sure I am going to get hit. There are plenty of ways to get my attention so that I know that you are there. There is absolutely no reason for any employee to shove a customer in the back. If she was observant, she would have seen that I was limping. I emailed the restaurant, but received no response from them. I am sure they have many great employees and I am not mad about the poor service, but the one who shoved me in the back, there is no excuse for that. She ruined the reputation for...
Read moreSeat yourself tonight. 4 tables. And 6 waitresses hanging out at one table, ignoring the other 3 tables. I wasn't the only one with an empty glass. We ordered appetizers and food. Appetizers came out at the same time as our food. Waitress never asked how my family would like our burgers cooked, but apparently it is location policy to send them out as charcoal briquettes. When the waitress was informed that my son had ordered a cheeseburger and not a hamburger it was taken to the back only to be thrown back onto the grill to be overcooked even more to melt some cheese.
My wife's cup had a big crack across the bottom. We had to ask for another cup as soda just kept making the table wet.
Our waitress had apparently never heard of the new trend with patrons, as we had to ask a completely different waitress for silverware.
My wife reported the women's restroom had no heat. Someone refilled the men's restroom soap dispensers with water. Keep in mind the Male staff is the ones cooking your food.
Tea doesn't get free refills either. They won't tell you that.
Finally the waitress brought my bill. Demanded my card without a privacy wallet or tray. She carried my card from one end of the establishment to the other. Exposed my card to every other patron there. We had told her of our complaints. She made sure to slap our final bill on the table and sarcastically said to us to have a nice night.
I made 2 phone calls. One to Hooters corporate, and the second to the county health department. I'll think about going back when they get new...
