Had shoulder surgery on Valentine’s Day . Very clean place. My doctor Dr Trevlyn and the anesthesiologist get a 5 star rating. They were fabulous !!didn’t care for the one nurse who put in I.v I was very nervous about the surgery and she just had a very cold personality . Wonderful care! Checkin was a little chaotic. Probably could use another employee to help process checkins. But every employee was sympathetic, competent & communicative. They really took care of each person’s individual needs. Don’t enjoy surgery, but if I had to do it again, I would choose KOP...
