TsaoCaa/Tsaocha - KOP — Restaurant in Upper Merion Township

What a poor experience going to this place. They have ads in Nanxiang soup dumpling next store stating 10% off for waiting customer. We only waited 30 seconds to be seated and were excited to go get some bubble tea. When asked for the 10% discount, they stated that I need a wait list number (which we were never given), and since I said we were seated in Nanxiang already, we were NOT eligible anymore. Are you kidding me? Did the management think through this? Definitely a dumb idea to advertise it that way since people who are actively waiting can’t go purchase a drink until being seated.

My other family member still managed to go and purchased 3 drinks, and was given only 2 straws. She asked for the third straw and was refused by them! They argued that she only purchased 2 drinks… are you kidding me again? For a business to be this STINGY I understand why they would find any reason to refuse what they were advertising in Nanxiang....

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share a disappointing experience I had at this establishment. While quietly enjoying my boba at a table—after having already made a purchase—I was abruptly approached by a server named Yenni. Her demeanor was unnecessarily rude and dismissive as she insisted I vacate the table so she could seat other customers.

The tone and manner in which this was handled felt disrespectful and completely lacking in basic customer service etiquette. A more courteous approach or a polite request would have gone a long way, especially considering I was a paying guest simply sitting at a public table. This incident left a negative impression, and it raises concerns about how this location prioritizes customer experience.

I hope management takes the time to reevaluate how staff members interact with patrons, particularly in situations that could be resolved with simple professionalism...

I recently visited and tried their bubble tea, specifically, and I must say, it's some of the best tea I've ever had. The freshness is evident in every sip, and you can tell it's made with high-quality ingredients. The tea is wonderfully flavorful and refreshing.

What adds to the experience is the adorable, reusable cups they serve the tea in. It's a delightful touch that makes the visit even more enjoyable.

I want to make it clear that my positive review isn't just because of the promotion they offer for a free drink mid-week. I'm genuinely impressed by the quality of their tea and the overall experience. TSAO Caa would definitely become my go-to place for bubble tea if I didn't live...
