Although optical stores are everywhere now, and malls have many choices when shopping for eyeglasses. Multiple brands, numerous enticing offers, yet, unfortunately, the customer service is motivated by generating sales and therefore, is usually subpar.

FOR EYES store on the other hand, which I stumbled upon while browsing at the KOP mall, has restored my faith in that an excellent shopping experience is still achievable! I’m ecstatic that I visited For Eyes! The staff at Four Eyes were welcoming and knowledgeable, but never pushy. Abir, the associate that assisted me, was very professional and had a great and genuine attitude. Not only did she detect my indecisiveness, but also, put me at ease by making suggestions and helping me narrow down options. Along with her colleagues Rachel and Freddy, they were all abreast on the latest trends, what is feasible and what could benefit my situation the most. You see, we’ve all grown callous due to how jaded and unauthentic the help at stores has become and how automated the transactions are with the least interaction possible. Why? Because as customers, we can also read people and identity vibes when they are genuine and when they are fake. But, at Four Eyes…. I actually found myself engaged in conversations with the staff simply because they care! I got a great deal, got to meet knowledgeable staff that have also, educated me, but most importantly the trust and faith that that team at Four Eyes K.O.P has restored in me that not all is hopelessly lost when it comes to receiving an impeccable customer service. So, If you need glasses and are looking for real, I mean real people, then go to Four Eyes, King of Prussia. I know the’ve won my business...

In need of glasses or contacts…prescribed by an actual optometrist and not just bought online…in hopes that they will actually help? Well L👀K no farther!!!

This King of Prussia For Eyes location comes highly recommended!! From my initial conversation to verify my insurance and schedule my appointment…it was Abir, who graciously answered my call and made scheduling against my work schedule a breeze! She was extremely patient, even after the 7:00 closing hour hit! Insuring she had taken my correct information and followed up immediately, confirming my insurance and granting me the much needed appointment for the very next evening.

Upon my tardy arrival, I was greeted by Isaiah. Without hesitation he made me feel welcome and of importance. There was no sitting and waiting! He made me feel this place was the best choice I’ve made for my vision needs. Isaiah was very professional in every aspect of his work. He did a great job in both tolerating my nervousness when testing my eyes and was my right hand when asked “how does this pair look?” Isaiah I thank you!!

And to my new optometrist Dr. Mary Nguyen…Never have I had a doctor so thorough and personable! She asked questions, listened and explained…all with a smile on her face!!

I can see what the other reviewers are posting about. Great service. I might have written one other review in my life and felt compelled after visiting For Eyes in KoP. I went in to get an eye health checkup. Upon entering, Rachel greeted me and was taking care of me within seconds. A couple of formalities with insurance and I was escorted to the back room to conduct testing. There were about 5 or so stations. 2 of them were a little unpleasant but that’s just the nature of the tests. Rachel was perfectly calm, patient and helpful through all of it. After the testing, I went into the telemed room where I met a Dr over zoom that conducted an eye test. (the future, right?) After a couple mins another Dr came on to review my testing. I’d like to say it wasn’t more than about 45 mins or so. Pretty fast considering. I got the results and analysis in the same hour. Just wanted to jump on here and recommend to anyone that’s in the area to make a visit if you’re considering it. Specifically, ask for Rachel for the great customer service I received. She’s a natural and needs a raise. I don’t know what she makes but she’s an asset and can tell she cares about her work. 5 stars,...
