I came in without an appointment with my future sister-in-law Jasmine. I had a return which was handled promptly. I stated that we did not have an appointment, but were interested in looking at rings. The store was empty aside from one other person and it was a Friday afternoon on January 3rd around 345pm. The man helping us per my email from my return goes by Dion. I stated that Jasmine is looking to get engaged soon and would like to try on rings. Everything went fine, until I asked about stone options whether the stones they offered were moissanite, lab grown, or natural. I do have a strong personality I will admit. I was burned by Kay jewelers before with my own wedding ring, so I’m cautious with these things now. He was quick to point out that the display rings were cubic zirconia. And that he would never place a 5 carat diamond in front of me, his words. We’ve all saved up several thousands of dollars as a family in support of this engagement. I was very upset and turned off by this as was Jasmine, the bride. We got a drink and a snack and took our business to Blue Nile in KOP instead. Bee Galindo & Brilliant Earth were so wonderful! We came into our appointment not knowing what to expect. We were whisked to the back room where we enjoyed a private space for such an important decision. Bee was warm, inviting, knowledgeable, personal, and so very kind. She made the engagement ring buying process an easy one. We had very specific ideas and she not only met, but far exceeded our expectations. After ordering, we chose to have my ring shipped to our home in Delaware. Shipping was an absolute breeze and not only was it on time, it was actually delivered a day early! Brilliant Earth send us confirmation emails along the way so we had full confidence in the secure delivery of our special piece. The ring is gorgeous!!! 3.25+ carat, oval, blue vivid diamond in the most beautiful setting. For reference, we spend a great deal of time in Islamorada (Fla Keys). UPDATE: I received a replacement set that are very nice. BE management called and apologized for the gaslighting. They agreed that the gems were very different in size. They said they would coach the staff involved. Thank you for taking care of this.

I sent these earrings back to be replaced due to the VAST difference in size. They called me back and gaslit me claiming multiple "jewelers" measured them to be identical in size. I asked them what sort of tools they used and which dimensions they measured because that can't be possible. They just continued to gaslight me saying they were identical. They ought to be ashamed.
