Got very bad food poisoning WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN with how we were treated by Karen.

We were very eager to order from here after so many wonderful rescues. However after ordering 2 pies for a birthday gift for a relative we got very sick from the pies and had food poisoning shortly after consuming them.

Karen chose to do nothing about it. We called her to try to rectify the problem. The first time she got very nasty telling us she could do nothing. Another relative called and Karen said she would consider rectifying it and then upon following up, Karen became very agitated getting very nasty saying she would do nothing, no comment nor any additional info on things. Basically deal with it. Very poor customer service. When you are in the food or hospitality, space it is privilege to have customers and do what you can to serve them and make them happy and this establishment does everything but. We are very, very upset with our experience here and I would never order again from them nor recommend them due to this woman’s...

Horrible customer service from Karen she was extremely rude over the phone. I would strongly caution anyone against ordering from this establishment. We purchased two pies for a relatives birthday, only to end up with severe food poisoning shortly after eating them. It was an awful experience, and we reached out hoping the business would take responsibility or at least show some concern.

Instead, we were met with terrible customer service from Karen, who was rude and dismissive from the start. On the first call, she flat-out refused to acknowledge the issue. When another family member followed up, she initially acted as if she might make things right but quickly changed her tune—becoming even more aggressive and unwilling to help in any way.

Holy moly that's good cheesecake! Do yourself a favor, skip dessert at your favorite restaurant and stop by this local treasure on your way home instead (they're open late at night!). My eyes literally rolled into my head when I took my first bite of their Key Lime cheesecake, and let me tell you, I am very picky about my cheesecake!

This is a beautiful gem of a shop located next to the Zebra Piano Bar hotspot, a little off the downtown main drag but well worth the detour. The owners are so committed to their business and incredibly welcoming. I love that the cheesecakes are on the small size and priced accordingly, so you don't have to have a big group to enjoy them (or you can get more than one flavor). They have a mind-boggling variety of flavors and also have an impressive range of European chocolates (I'll have to try those next time on the off chance I don't want more cheesecake instead).
