Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies — Restaurant in Ventura

Yesterday I made an online order but before purchasing my order I called the store to ask how many ounces are in each size cup because this info is not online. I spoke with Pearl and she said that the small cups were 16 ounces, so I ordered 12 small size cups of juice. When I got into the store I noticed that the small cups did not look like 16 ounces. After I got home I measured it and they were in fact 12 ounces each. I called Robeks and asked Pearl about this and she said she had made a mistake, admitting she is unaware of how many ounces are in each size cup. While drinking the juice, I soon realized there was a significant amount of pulp and pieces of fruit that weren’t strained. I had to strain each cup of juice. Amazing service and care. It was my first visit here, I told them I was looking to get a classic smoothie and they made a great recommendation. They recommended the Big Wedneseday (Peach, Strawberries, Banana, Orange Sherbet, Pineapple Sherbet, Papaya Juice) I ordered a single smoothie and seeing that I had my two young daughters with me, they asked if I'd like to have it split into smaller cups to share. I arrived one hour before they closed and they wouldn’t make a juice because they had just cleaned the juicer! I drove 30 min to try and get a juice because I’m fighting a cold only to be turned away because they had just cleaned the juicer! Why not wait until you close or just serve your customers regardless, after all that is what keeps you in business! I am very disappointed!
