Dinosaur Brew Haus — Restaurant in Vernal

My sister and I went in to get lunch at 11:30, we walked in and was not greeted by the woman behind the counter which is fine so we found a seat and began to look at the menu. Some time had passed and no one had acknowledged us, mind you we were the only people in the restaurant so it’s not like attention was divided elsewhere. My sister decided to go back up to the counter to make sure the girl saw we were there in case she just didn’t notice. She continued to ignore us. We stayed sat at our table for about ten more minutes once the girl finally walked by with two pitchers of water and said she would be right back with us. We waited about 5 minutes again and she was just back standing behind the front counter. Still had not been serviced or helped after waiting a total of 20 minutes and being the only people there, we got up and left. We decided to have lunch at Wingers instead. I’ve been in this establishment many times. Great service friendly people all around great atmosphere. Memorie is always my waitress and is very professional, friendly, and always makes sure her customers are taken care of. Memorie’s customer service, table manners and professionalism are 2nd to none. I will say that I am very saddened as I read a review that a person left directed towards Memorie and it is fake and completely made up as that person is very vindictive and is just trying to take a shot at Memorie and ruin her reputation. I’ve been a customer of Memorie’s many times and I can assure you that in no way, shape or form is Memorie rude or drink on the job. It pains me to only give 3 stars. Our waitress was super friendly and kind, and the atmosphere was so cool; very nostalgic. We were really excited to try this place out!

I give 3/5 due to the food. I had the mushroom swiss burger with fries. My burger was really dry and didn't have any seasoning on it at all. The fries were half cooked and soggy with grease. :/ I had 1/4 of my burger and only 1 fry before calling it quits.
