Wendy's — Restaurant in Vernal

I just do drive thru. What I've learned is that if you pull into the line and it's backed up to the top of the curve (north side of line) it is between 20-25 minutes till you get your food. It's like clock work. So if you are in a hurry and the line is backed up to there, just know you're waiting a while. And if it's backed up to the entry door on the east side, it's a 40-45 minute wait. Staff is always friendly. My orders are always accurate. Maybe I'm lucky, but I've never had one wrong order. I go there to get their deals since McDonald's, Burger King, arbys, and Taco Bell are extremely pricey. I almost only go to Wendy's to eat out now. They have expensive stuff too, but they have bargains as well. I can get out of there for 5-7 bucks and the other places I'm spending 8-12. Wendy's has this chicken club that I love. Great meal bags as well. Bottom line is, this Wendy's is a good deal, staff are awesome, and they are accurate. I'd hate to say good things cause more people will want to use them, making the line even longer! One more thing, I'm disappointed Wendy's has shrunk the sizes of their frosties while jacking up the price. I miss the 32...

We placed a mobile order on a Saturday at lunch rush. Got our food in a timely manner. We ate in the restaurant to avoid having to find a nearby park as we were headed out of town, to head back into NW Utah.

Coca-Cola Freestyle machine was in great working order with nothing seemingly out of stock. Food we ordered was great and delicious! One of our burgers ended up missing, and they fixed it by replacing that whole meal.

Bathrooms were clean and orderly. Paper towels and toilet paper must have just been refilled before I went in. The dining area always had someone going in or out and employees were great at making sure all the tables were wiped and cleaned in a timely manner for the next customer to sit.

As we left, we noticed the drive thru was busy, but it was orderly, expanded and making good time. So if you are wary of the drive thru, don't! They've got a system down and it's working!

Our favorite part of this particular Wendy's are the dinosaur themed murals across the parking lot on a neighboring building. Our kids loved looking at them as we had just come out of Dinosaur...

I ordered on line went to the counter to get it cause the line was wrapped around the building, as usual, they have THE slowest drive thru in town. I asked the person on front counter, she didn't say anything at all except it's not here, we don't have it. She didn't bother to get any help, ask any questions at all. Literally, "it's not here, we don't have it." Of course I got mad, that was an almost 10 dollar order for only TWO drinks. Anyway, I left, got back on the app tried to just cancel the order. It wouldn't cancel. My grand daughter called the store to politely ask for them to cancel the order. The lady who answered the phone was definitely more interested in making sure that I knew I was not allowed back in the store than canceling my order. Here we are 5 hours later, still absolutely no attempt what so ever to cancel my order. I wouldn't ever go back there if they paid me to go back. That have stolen 10 dollars from me because the worker on the front counter was too dense to ask for help from a boss to...
