Archibald's Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Victorville

Something is wrong with this place. I once ordered taquitos thinking I’d get that authentic rolled style but I was wrong. They literally used the microwave brand and I returned it for chicken strips that day. I should’ve known not to come back again but today I went for lunch. Ordered the fried chicken plate which was overpriced $15. The quality of the Mac n cheese was not cheesy shouldn’t be called Mac n cheese. My mashed potatoes were cold not heated up. Just pulled out of fridge and put in my box with warm chicken. Now the chicken was ok until I noticed the breast piece had different skin than the other pieces. They are literally using that banquet box chicken you get at the market. Once again they use market microwave food in their meals. I also ordered the waffle plate only to receive my waffles cold which is weird for waiting in the drive thru 20 minutes. On top of that my sausage links were limp undercooked and slimy. Very disappointing to have spent $35 for food I had to throw away. Never again! Don’t spend your hard earned money here. Their customer service in the drive thru was pitiful as well. You would think at 10:30 in the morning you would be greeted with a smile, The lady that took my order was not Pleasant at all. I ordered a hamburger combo, When my food arrive to the table it was a cheeseburger fries and a soda. I looked at my receipt and I was charged for a cheeseburger. Luckily the cheese was so over-processing and greasy it was easy to come off the Patty. The burger was so so nothing to write home about. The Patty was very thin. The fries was okay but they was also greasy. Well I can scratch this off my bucket list I won't be coming back here at least not for the burgers like I said in one of my previous hamburgers stand reviews no good burger should be left behind

(UPDATE ) 2 years later I decide to give them another chance. Thinking I will give them a better review. No it's not going to happen. The burger was worse this time last time.The fries was okay this time they was barely cooked as you can see from the photo that they were stuck together and raw. What a mistake to try this place. I should have read the other bad reviews. When I pulled up, I saw a sign that said, "Please be patient, we are making your food fresh." At $10.49 for a bacon cheeseburger and $6 for fries, I was certainly expecting the food would be fresh but it was anything but. I should have known given there was only one person in front of me whereas the other fast food places had dozens of people. I was starving so I tore into the food before I got back onto the main road. The fries were barely warm and oily and stale...they tasted as if they had been sitting around and warmed under a lamp or in a microwave. The burger was even worse. The meat was definitely not fresh and barely warm. The bacon must have been sitting around for hours. The burger was flavorless and tasted as if it was made days ago and just warmed up. I had two bites of both the burger and fries and threw probably $15 worth of my $19 2-piece meal. I eat on the road a lot and this was one of the worst meals and most disappointing...
