Just wanted to share my experience with coming to this location for the first time. I don’t eat chipotle as a matter fact, I stopped because of the pork contamination that kept happening a few years ago but it is easy to make a vegan meal here so I wanted to try this new one that opened up recently.

When I entered, there were employees working and cooking in the back behind the counter and the people at the register were just talking to each other and selecting songs on their phone. No one greeted me. No one asked to help me. I just stood there, and it is freezing in this place so bring a sweater.

After five minutes, no exaggeration, one of the employees behind the counter signaled to another employee that there was someone upfront another employee had been walking by a few times and decided to come help me not by asking if she could help or saying hello just by staring into my eyes. Then whoever was signaled came up and they switched places. The girl was whispering. The music was blaring! I could barely hear what she was saying every time I asked her something. She avoided eye contact and just looked around. The selection seem really limited. Options were at the bottom of the serving dishes. She didn’t ask me if I wanted to guac so they charged me for a side of guac, which didn’t make it onto my food. They made it on the side, which is more money I learned. They charged me for steak and Queso which is about four dollars more than what I actually ordered. She said I would get a refund and then the manager came up and didn’t give me a refund but charged me again for what I actually got.

2/10 will not be returning. I’m actually scared to...

If we could give zero stars we would. We ordered online and it said 7:30pm pick up time (At the window). My husband got there at 6:50pm, by the time they got to the window it was 7:15pm. The worker sent him away because "he was too early" and he had to get back in the line. After waiting in line again, they finally got our order it was 8:20pm and the food was cold. Not to mention I spent 8 dollars on some queso cheese and chips and they gave me the smallest side cup of queso, definitely not the large or even 2 dollars worth.

Shame on this establishment. I called to complain and no one answers the phone. So I called the 1800 customer service number and the lady told me she would put 2 entrees and 2 chips and guac and side of queso back on my account. I told her 15x that we do not eat guac....and that I wanted a large queso like I paid for. She told me I technically am not paying for it because she is giving us 2 free entrees, the small chips, side of guacamole and side of queso....I don't understand what she isn't understanding. We paid for a large queso that we didn't get and now she is giving us 1 free item that we don't eat and 1 free item that we paid 4x the amount for? At that point I just hung up with her. Taco bell is right next door, and Moe's is right down the road ...not to Mention the many many authentic Mexican restaurants that provide way better service and much more appetizing food.

Zero out of 10. I do...

Never been to one till a week ago. I found that the hours of operation is from 10:45 am till 10pm at night. I walked in an hour before they were to shut down and the line was long. Took 25 minutes or so to get to the counter to order. Tried a bowl, the new on that is limited time. Place was clean, servers were professional. I saw they had a drive thru as well out in the Vineland N.J. area. Not sure if all Chipotle's have a drive thru, but business was good for them. I wanted chips and Guac, but was told they ran out of chips for the night. If I want chips, I'd have to come earlier on in the day. Got home and ate. The food was good, and it is a hard one for me to judge due to fact that I've been to Moe's previously and they are basically the same. I gave 5 stars for the business due to first impression. Clean. I gave 5 stars for the food preparation due to service area being clean as they made food and served. I gave 5 stars for Atmosphere due to fact that there were many people in the line waiting and not one complained about the wait time. This told me that the food might be worth the wait, and it was. I had so much left over, I had a family member try the food and they were impressed. So for anyone who hasn't tried Chipotle Mexican Grill out in Vineland New Jersey, I say why not give it...

This location's interior feels more blah (even creepy) compared to some Chipotles that have an almost hip vibe. Maybe it's the neighborhood. It also lacks outdoor seating. I ordered the "Chicken Al Pastor" as a salad with black beans and brown rice. Even with the mild salsa it had a bit of a kick that became noticeable about halfway through, probably due to the dried chilies in the Al Pastor. The sauce also contains pineapple juice and lime, which added flavor without being offensively sweet. I would recommend giving it a try while it's still available since it's limited time only, and I think it has been on the menu for awhile. As always with the chicken at Chipotle, you may encounter a few gristly bits. I like to imagine this is because you're not eating highly processed meat. It's not a bother to remove them (or, well, discretely spit them out). Be happy you didn't have to kill the chicken. As usual, the guacamole portion (an extra charge) was generous, and it tasted fresh. Total was $13.75 including guac & tax (no drink).

So, I waited a week for things to calm down as this place just opened 2/29/24. I love their food as they have all type of toppings and no fake meat. I highly recommend giving them a try, but heads up, there is not a lot of seating inside. I did order inside, but I did not eat it there. The customer service was excellent, and the pictures I posted do not give justice to the huge amount of food they give you.
