Lifting Noodles Ramen — Restaurant in Vinings

Stopped by today and ordered the Tonkotsu Black, while eating I started to feel nauseous took my 3rd spoon and knew that it wasn’t going to work, something in the ramen didn’t agree with me… the bowl was still full I asked for a refund due to the ramen making me feel nauseated but the server Jamie impolitely said no refunds and she that she could make me something else… why would I want something else after getting sick from what I ordered all the ingredients are the same they use the same broth for all the ramen so how would that help me? I’ve been throwing up since I got home and I will be contacting the bbb and the health department I will never come here again the server has a nasty attitude and the food got me sick. I will be putting this place on my YouTube channel so ppl don’t waist their time and money. All I wanted was my money back and rightfully so the food made me visibly sick but the server didn’t care....

I should’ve looked at the reviews before eating at this place. I had gotten my all time favorite Tonkotsu ramen. I had high hopes because who could mess it up right? I was so wrong, the ramen was absolutely disgusting. The broth itself tasted like salt water and noodles were so salty my son kept spitting it out. I could not eat it, let alone when it came to me it was cold which was odd. I had no choice but to throw the food away. Not only was the food bad, the customer service was the worst. The front cashier lady, could care less about working and more about speaking to the men in the back and giggling. I am all for having a great time at your work place but to rush customers and then refuse to find any resolution for a bad order and give attitude when simply asked to remake the order. And be told “sorry no, and we don’t do refunds either.” Don’t waste your $15 on absolutely...

I was A loyal customer precovid. I just went for the first time in awhile and it truly went down hill and I was truly disappointed.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: As a business owner my self, customer service is very important to me. The guy taking my order had no clue and handed me an outdated, dirty menu. The prices on the menu were different then what was charged and high. The fat, short haired woman behind him was extremely rude, walked away and was rolling her eyes when I asked questions.

FOOD: The taste is not the same and the broth basically tasted like water. You use to get more broth. I ordered extra items which I didn’t get but the noodles. Put they made sure to charge me.

APPEARANCE: Like I said, the menu was dirty. So dirty I didn’t want to touch it and couldn’t read it.

This is use to be my favorite ramen place. I will NOT...
