The food here is great, and generally, I’ve had good experiences. I would recommend this location for the food alone. The female cashier/server is extremely nice, and the cooks are also very friendly.
However, I want to note that the young male cashier/server at the front is unprofessional. This evening, I called several times to place my order in advance, but there was no answer. This has now happened twice with this particular employee. When I went inside to place my order, he informed me that orders end at 10 PM. This is news to me, I’ve never had this happen before. Additionally, I called before 10 PM, but since he didn’t answer, I wasn’t able to place my order. When I explained this to him, he was rude and dismissive and says he did not receive any calls. Additionally, I noticed him using his phone while at the register instead of answering calls. I hope management addresses this issue and provides him with the proper customer service training.
I’ve always loved coming to this location, but unfortunately, this recent experience has soured my thoughts...

I drove about 30 minutes just to try it after seeing the menu online, and honestly, it was not worth it — especially after paying $17 for parking. The Tokyo Fries looked amazing online, but what I got were basic pre-frozen crinkle fries with cold sauce on the side. No green onions, nothing special at all. The pork dumplings also tasted frozen — not crispy like they should be, but chewy and kind of stale. The sushi corn dog was mostly rice with barely any crab, and what little crab there was had a sour taste, so I couldn’t even eat it. The food hall itself is nice, and the people at the counter were okay — not rude, but definitely not enthusiastic or welcoming either. Overall, I left feeling really let down. I was expecting something fresh and flavorful, but instead, it felt like a low-effort, reheated meal....
Read moreFelt a little rushed ordering by the staff. Seemed like online you could make your own bowl but i didn’t see the option on the menu so I ordered the panko chicken teriyaki chili peanut bowl. It was good but I could have done without a few of the veggies like cabbage and pickled ginger. Chicken was good though and veggies seemed fresh. It’s hard to mix in the bowl, I would recommend putting it in a bigger bowl and mixing. I like Ph’east so I would recommend trying this place out if...
