I got the sweet potato and they were mushy but had a little taste to them but they were cold. The greens had some much white stuff in them I couldn’t enjoy them. The rib pieces I got some were burnt. To answer your question! Yes, I know what cabbage looks 😆. However I need had mushy collard greens and cabbage my fault. To be fair yes, you are a food truck and not a fast food. However if I decide to eat my food in my car I should be able too. But instead I had to wait to go home and warm my food up .So it’s not a me problem maybe you need to make sure you have the proper stuff on your truck to keep the food warm in. One thing about me… I LOVEEEEE a good food truck. But what I love even more is a good food truck with some personality and soul behind it! Ms. Natalie is a true gem. Not to mention she can THROWDOWN!! The food was so good I didn’t even see it coming. Ms Natalie had us try her FAMOUS ribs that were the most tender rib I ever had in my life. Then we tried the nachos…. Now I love nachos but these weren’t just regular nachos. The FRESH grilled chicken and tomatoes paired with Ms. Natalie’s queso cheese… chefs kiss! I can no longer have them any other way. Now what brought us to the truck was the sausage… we could smell it from 2 miles up the road! It was just as we expected.. delicious! My wife and I had the ribs, pulled pork, Mac & cheese. The Queen Natalie also let me sample the greens OMG the greens... I grew up on Southern BBQ, being from South Carolina and I can without hesitation full recommend The Rib Queen. The Ribs and pulled pork have two distinct flavors instead of just smoke smoke smoke. The ribs are obviously are great quality of meat but that flavor, almost tangy, Jamaican vibe. So freaking good! The pulled pork is as good as any I've had.
