Not a bad place to shop, but issues with trying to do a return would make me hesitant to shop here again.
The store and shopping experience was pleasant. Prices seem mostly reasonable, especially with the sales. I'm fairly picky about clothing and still managed to find a decent amount of clothing. I think I got about 5 items for about $35, so it was worth the trip. Staff were friendly and helpful, even during the return that I had issues with, they remained polite.
Despite having a good experience shopping I probably will not shop here again because of the hassle I had trying to return an item. The return policy is posted very clearly on mats at the register. "30 days if unworn with tags and receipts for store credit." There was an item I forgot to try on and didn't realize until check out, but I went ahead because I figured it'd be simple to return per the posted policy. Well I end up wanting to return it but was told they can't unless I have an account with them because they need a history of the purchase. I had to talk with a supervisor and point out their own policy doesn't mention anything about needing an account, and that my receipt should be enough proof of purchase. Then the supervisor is trying to do a return without an account, which I'm still not sure if he find a way because he tells me that since it was clearance he wouldn't be able to do it anyway. Their posted policy at the registers says nothing about clearance being excluded; it is printed on the receipt, but that's not helpful because at that point you've bought it already.
To be clear, I have no issue with them having a policy and upholding it. My issue is that the posted policy was different than the enforced policy, leading me to make a purchase I would not have...
Read morethis is just my experience this day I’m not saying this will be for everyone when we arrived we weren’t greeted and that is fine they were busy but I did notice as soon as we walked in we were followed through the store then when I went to check out it was by a trainee he was very polite the manager was polite that was fine I had a $30 store credit and I explain to them my daughter would be back the next day to shop for what she wanted so when she goes back the next day she finds the item that she want it she also was followed through the store but then when it came time to check out and get the shoe they couldn’t find the other one so they tell her to look at the store they would look through the totes they tell her they can’t find it they’re being rude they weren’t looking for the shoe they were basically following her as if she had the other shoe🤔 she also said the lady was being rude disrespectful and treating her as if she saw something I call up there to speak with a manager the manager was being rude every time I said something she would say uh-huh as if she wasn’t listening and all the sudden during our call she found the other shoeShe never apologized for how my daughter was treated or for my daughter being upset with the situation and told me I could not use my store credit at another store unfortunately we will not be returning to the store just because of the disrespect and how we felt everyone doesn’t steal and they can keep our...

I think this store rightfully deserves a 1 store.
The staff was nice, and it seemed cleaned, but there were two bigger issues that cost the store a low review.
For starters, they're selling the worst quality clothes for ridiculous prices, considering most of the clothes are second-hand. I browsed the store as I waited for my "estimate," and what I saw was a bunch of shein clothes being sold for 5 dollars less than what they sell on the site.
A pair of faded jeans sold by shein was priced at 16.99. I took the time to look up the jeans, and they're 21.99 on the site. Don't know who's pricing these items, but wow.
Secondly, the selling "Estimate" was a slap in the face. I purposely went in there with a few brand new items (tags still on/ never worn) and a few worn items that were in good condition and honestly I nearly laughed when I heard what I was getting back. I gave them a brand new dress worth $50 and the tag was on the dress so they knew how much it was worth, and they basically gave me $2.50 for it.
I came in with 12 items, and they took 8. All of the items with tags they made sure they took and those ranged from 14-50 bucks.
Now, here's the kicker. They took 8 items, three I know had a decent price tag on them, and they offered me an insulting 30 dollars for all 8 items.
I feel robbed, but hey, I did this to myself. Just know that they're...
