Over the past month, I’ve visited this location several times and would like to share my overall experience.
I’ve noticed an increasing pattern where customers often have to repeat themselves multiple times, even when speaking slowly and clearly. This seems to be contributing to miscommunications and, unfortunately, a decline in the quality of customer service.
What concerned me most, however, was overhearing team leads making negative or dismissive comments about customers within earshot of other guests. This creates an uncomfortable atmosphere and reflects poorly on the store’s professionalism.
In one recent interaction, I was particularly surprised because it involved a team member I’ve previously had positive experiences with. While I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, I don’t believe it’s ever appropriate for a staff member to tell a customer they’re being rude—especially in a drive-through setting—unless the customer is yelling, using profanity, or exhibiting aggressive behavior.

Read moreI come here quite often after work and out of my total amount of visits which is quite a few there are two specific times I’ve had a bad experience —one being today and they are both by the young woman who is tall and skinny with dark hair.. she is VERY rude and impatient on the head set and both times the lid on my drink has been incorrect I asked for a flat lid. The first time I just took it and let it go, so today when I got it like that —again this is the second time with the same person both times— I told her this was supposed to have a flat lid and she rolled her eyes at me and told me it was a simple fix, which again it’s not that big of a deal but it’s the fact of having an attitude when my lid was wrong when I asked for a totally different lid after being rushed on the headset.. literally every other experience has been perfect and usually the customer service is amazing my sandwich is always hot. But I advise managers maybe to have a talk with her and check if she’s OK or just let her know to slow down a little bit because I understand the times have to be low but you still...
Read moreAmanda is absolutely rude very disrespectful as no customer service skills , there are two other girls that usually work with her that are very nasty and not customer friendly, now there are two people Who are absolutely fantastic like Linda and laylah they are super nice very friendly and outgoing they know how to treat there customers I go to Starbucks daily if not twice a day and for me to be treated awfully was crazy to me Amanda wanted to argue with me at the window not sure what her issue is but she is terrible’ I would get her out of there she doesn’t listen to when your ordering your drinks to busy having other communication with her staff to pay attention to the customer ordering so I had to repeat myself over 4 times for 1 drink will Not be back to that Starbucks hopefully laylah and Linda can get out of that toxic work environment and get to work with people...
