I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this Olive Garden location. From the moment my party walked in the door we were met with a rude hostess. I was clearly provided the wrong information when trying to call ahead. Instead of taking responsibility for providing me with the wrong information the hostest argued with me, repeated interrupted me when I was trying to provide her with information and she was being incredibly dismissive. One my party was seated we got our appetizer after 2 tables that were seated after us. When one if my guests mentioned their entire was overcooked and hard to eat the waitress ignored her complaints and continued jres to ignore her until she had to be stern and request something be done about her meal. The waitress rudly took her plate off the table and walked away woth out saying anything. The manager come over and asked if she wanted anything else a d she said no. The waitress ever so rudely put a new bill on the table without saying a word. They only took off 5 dollars from her mean which she barely ate. Not wanting to endure any more of this service we just left the bill as is and paid for out food. I ordered another meal to go and they did nit even make my meal properly. My husband was extremely disappointed. I ordered the parmesan crusted chicken and they gave me a dry chicken paddy with no cheese or sauce. I also ordered chicken strips for my toddler and my toddler would not even eat her chicknbecuase it was to dry for her. Before leaving the restaurant I asked the waitress if out party did something to upset her and she said "she was tired." I understand being tired and not wanting to be at work but the way my party was treated was not ok. My party will not be back at this location and we will be informing others of this terrible incident and not reccomne this location. It was not just our waitress but whom ever the hostest was needs to be spoken with in regards to customer service. She was a red head or light brown haired older lady. It not sure if she is a manager or what but the she was soeaking to me was disrespectful and thinking back I should have left at...
Read moreOur waitress was Zoe and she was amazing!! Sometimes(especially at that time of the month) i can be needy and picky. She was the most professional waitress i have seen in a long time!! We had appetizers of artichoke/spinach dip and it was definitely delicious I did not care for the pita chips but my family enjoyed them. They brought out a big beautiful salad. They had put Italian dressing on it but alas again i am not a fan and neither is my son but my niece and granddaughter enjoyed it as well as my daughter in law. Then we had the breadsticks. I dont know what it is about hunks of dough rolled into logs that make them so good but omg!! I felt like a little kid dancing while i ate mine it was great!! I had for the main course grilled salmon, broccoli, grapes, and fries. The fries were good but i gave those to my son. My niece stole my grapes and half my broccoli(at least it was healthy and yes she had her own food but mine looked better i guess) The salmon was flaky and light. Its flavor was not wicked fishy but light. You could taste the đ„(good burn) from the grill and the seasons they chose to cook on it was decent. It was not over cooked and no bones which was a serious win for me. The broccoli was double steamed for me however, the flavor was nice and not watered down, they probably could have added a little butter and at least some salt and pepper since thanks to corona thats not something left on the table anymore. Dont get me wrong it was tasty but again chic on the monthly so my pallet is picky right now. My son had the shrimp alfredo and there was nothing left but crumbs and even those were spooned up. My niece had mac and cheese which was shells and cheese. She enjoyed it very much. She ate fries and broccoli and grapes. My granddaughter had the same but with spaghetti. My daughter in law had the steak alfredo and said it was really good and the steak was tender and easy to chew. So all in all a wonderful experience as such that my family and i will be going back for another visit in the future and i hope we...
Read moreHorrible!!! Horrible!!! Horrible!!! If I could I will rate 0 stars. My husband and I with our 6 year old had dinner here and by there time we came out to leave someone had broken into my husbandâs truck, they shattered our window and stole my husbandâs work laptop and Tumi bag which together is worth almost $3,000. The truck window is tinted in the back and the bag was underneath the seat so that must have really been all up in our truck. We went back in and told them what had happened and we also called the cops. The manager took our information and said they will reach out to us. They did not even have a security camera so we couldnât even see who did it. How can an establishment like Olive Garden not have a security camera??? Beats my imagination! when the cops came even before we said anything they told us âyeah that donât have camerasâ that tell us this is an ongoing issue that Olive Garden has refused to solve. Even the manager told us that a car that was parked right upfront was broken into sometime ago...... just wow!!! So when people come to eat at your establishment their property is not safe and you are not doing anything to help the situation like installing something as simple as a security camera. A lady called my husband a few days later telling him their insurance canât fix out window because they have liability and that if it was their staff member that did it they would fix it...... well you do not have cameras so how do we know your staff member did not do it??? She further went on to offer my husband a gift card for lunch or carry out. Now at that point you are trying to insult us and she was lucky she spoke to my husband and not me, just saying. So we ended loosing almost $3,000 plus money we used in replacing the window in the truck. We are never eating at any Olive Garden ever again, I donât think their unseasoned shrimps is worth us loosing that kind of money. So you eat here at...
