Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Violet Township

So I have been patronizing this store for the past few weeks. Everyone there is always friendly and accommodating except for a younger white girl with a red tattoo on her hand. I have signed up for their bundt cake club 3 different times. I haven't received a email with the buy one get one free coupon yet, but the other ladies in the store remember me and go on and give me the discount because I have been coming in a lot. Everyone knows I'm signed up.This girl here wouldn't give me the discount knowing that she saw me sign up for the promotion and still wouldn't give it to me. It's people like that that make you not want to patronize a business. I am truly disgusted with this lack of customer care. Honestly this is the first time I've had a issue with ordering from them. I ordered the individual wrapped cakes, which we ordered before. This batch was messed all up. Some of them were tiny and some was not. Most of them curled up at the bottom. Some of them was almost hollow in the middle kind of sunken in, put in the container lopsided. When I called I asked if mabey it was because I picked them up a little late. Thinking mabey it needed to be in the fridge or something. I was told sometimes that happens, where they are undefiled or put in the container still warm/hot so it deforms the cakes, but it still taste the same. I didn't pay almost 60 bucks for deformed and undefiled cakes for my gmas 77th birthday. Wasn't offered to correct it either. Kind of a bummer. Won't be...

I wanted to treat my coworkers at my office so I ordered 50 individual bund cakes in different flavors like lemon, strawberry cream, chocolate chip, red velvet and I ordered online. It was my first time. I picked the date and made payment online. The delivery was exactly on the mentioned rime that too so professionally packed each bund cake, so well delivered none of the cake were upside-down it was beautifully organized in a big box.
