Arby's — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

Drive thru was probably busier than they are used to. One car ahead of me, 2 behind me. The person taking the order seemed stressed and had me repeat my order several times....but all is understandable. I figure the drive-thru requires lots of multi-tasking. Food was hot but the roast beef is not what it used to be, the portion, flavor, just overall appeal was not the same. I got mozzarella sticks, which is nice for fast food but I didn't get sauce with them. I got nuggets and they were decent. They don't beat out chickfila but they do beat burger King! They are nice homestyle breaded and not all breading. The BEST part was my turn over. Hands down the best thing they have lol. I'd go just for them. They have apple and cherry, they are the perfect size and mix of fruit, sweet, and pastry. I wish I had ordered some to bring home. Overall $30 feels like a lot for a fast food visit. I did get a meal, kids meal, mozzarella sticks, and a turnover. Not sure how soon I will crave what they are known for, as it seems they have changed the way they do their roast beef, but they have a good variety of options if you're tired of the usual fast...

I placed an order online for my wife, 3 children and myself last night just before closing. I have made purchases at the location countless times I've my life in Aragona. The gentleman who is named "Wanyan", I completely apologize if I spelled it wrong is the best experience I've had with any fast food location in quite a while. Being a large family that needs multiple items for our order. The gentleman seems to be working all alone but he had no issues completely our order in reasonable time and without any issues. Everything we ordered was there, it was fresh, and all the condiments and utensils were present. Even thought it was just before closing the gentleman made our order with a smile and friendly attitude! To top it all off as he moved us to help other customers with the same grace. He brought our order to us!!! The man is a keeper and I will give him the props he deserves anytime I speak...

I arrived at Arby's at approximately 12:00. Lunch time, I get it. It was busy. I went through the drive-through. A young lady took my order and gave me the receipt and coupon. She asked if I could park, and they would bring my food right out. As I was driving away from the window, I realized she did not give me my change. I waited in my car for my food ( it took about 15 minutes). When she arrived with my food, I showed her my receipt and mentioned to her that she forgot to give me my change. She said, "ok, I'll be right back." I waited 30 more minutes in my car. SHE NEVER CAME BACK. I went inside to get my change. There was a gentleman behind the counter taking and filling orders like clock work. I don't know his name, but he has locs.
