Lovesac — Local services in Virginia Beach

I walked in today and the associate didn’t even bother to greet us as we walked in. The associate was sitting on the couch right in front of the door, on his phone. While we browsed the store selection we stopped and sat on a couch to create our online order. The other associate working walks over to us and tells us “I’m going to have to kick y’all off” to show another customer the couch without saying excuse me or saying so kindly please. The people at Lovesac were great. Very helpful. The prices are staggering. This is not a place for the middle class. For one small piece, a chaise lounge, it was going to be over $3000. It's nice furniture and the concept is really innovative, but if you want a full couch with cushions, it's going to set you back around ten grand. I find that excessive. Am I living in the past? I really enjoy Lovesac and all of their products that they have to offer. However, my visit at the showroom in Virginia Beach was not pleasant. The manager Trisha was very condescending and mean towards my mother and I in the showroom. She also talks down to her employees like they are trash. She is not professional at all. Who hired her?
