Starbucks — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

I visited this location this morning for the very first time this morning. The young lady working the drive thru was pleasant. I ordered bacon and egg bites along with their seasonal drink "Pecan Crunch Oatmilk latte." I drove about 2 miles before sipping the drink and realized "The Crunch" indicated in the name was missing. I called the location to share this seemingly minor miss only to have the rep tell me that per her manager whatever they use to make the crunch dissolves quickly and was probably there. Then goes on to inform me that my complaint wasn't justification enough for them to remake my drink. First of all, I didn't ask for any charity. I asked for what I ordered and paid for. l've had this drink from a different location and while sipping my latte 30-40 min later the pecan flavor and crunch were still very much present until the last drop. So rather than tell me I didn't drink it quick enough to taste the crunch that the drink is supposed to have; how about you simply say we apologize for the mistake. I was not planning to drive back 15 miles to have them remake the drink regardless. So this is a new Starbucks and I literally just left. Obviously, the food and drinks are always great at Starbucks, but the service really stood out today. The girl took my order, was amazing and so adorable. Whenever I told her what I wanted, she would sing it back to me in this cherry little tone, and I’ve never felt in such a good mood In a drive-through line. Her cheerfulness was absolutely contagious, and if I was in this area more often, I would go to Starbucks every day! I regretted not getting an employee’s name more, But she was petite, wears glasses, and had light brown or dark blonde hair.
