I felt like Gordon Ramsay without the respect he usually is offered. I walked into this place thinking it'd be like any other Chili's. I was extremely incorrect. I don't know if it was because of the holidays, or if there's new staff, or drug use, or what, but something was up in the air that made this possibly the worst experience at a restaurant in the last decade. To start, my fiancée and I sat down and ordered chips and queso. Simple enough. The chips come out instantly -- Without the queso. We ask for the queso, we get the queso a few minutes later, no big deal, but remember this. This is important. We get our drinks. A doctor pepper with lime slices on the side. The drink arrives, doctor pepper with LEMON slices on the side.. Okay, right.. That's fine, easy mix-up. We ask for lime instead, they bring lime. I drink from the doctor pepper -- It's flatter than a newly sanded wooden floor, was EXTREMELY watered down and warm. I half thought I got diet coke or something, but not, it was just watered down flat doctor pepper with lemon slices, a far cry from what we had ordered. Whatever, isn't game breaking. We order a cup of chili, 3 chicken crispers with fries, BBQ sauce and Buffalo sauce, and shrimp fajitas. It's at this point that a confused server who I didn't even think knew which country they were in brought queso to us and then took it away saying "Oh.. You already have that?" The chicken crispers came out INSTANTLY after ordering, literally 2 and a half minutes later, we checked. They were cold and there were hardly any fries. Also.. They forgot the sauces. This was somebody else's unfinished meal that had been sent back.. I tried to eat the chicken and nearly choked on how stale and borderline frozen the middle was, seriously?? I try the chili only to find A HAIR in my chili? It's at this point we ask for to go boxes. Multiple families and couples had sat down and left without touching their food in the time it took for the shrimp fajitas to come out. We asked for doctor peppers for the road -- They brought them to us, half filled plastic cups of flat doctor pepper.... And no straws. It was at this point that we sent back the chicken crispers, made our complaints, and packed up the shrimp fajitas and a new order of the chicken crispers after ~35 minutes.... Of waiting. We were then subsequently charged TWICE for the queso?? 11 dollars? Because for some reason the order was put in twice? We had that fixed, and while it was being fixed, five teenage boys went into the bathroom (which has two stalls and one urinal) and a foul stench of marijuana began to emulate through the entire dining area. Two of the boys left, but the other three remained, presumably, smoking marijuana and hot-boxing the bathroom.
Be so for real. How is this, in any world, acceptable? This was on December 26th, 2024. I was with my fiancée who wore a fabulous cheetah fur coat that everyone seemed to adore, yet we were treated like absolute garbage, and judging from the chit-chat of the surrounding customers who came and went without touching their used by-products from the kitchen, I can safely say we weren't the only ones who were shown such disrespect that day. Horrible time, though the servers were very kind and tried their best to patch any holes they could, though at a certain point, you can't...
Read moreOn Sunday, August 8, 2021 I took my 2 grandson's to the Chili's in Manassas on 10600 Sudley Manor Drive. Unfortunately, I don't recall the waiter's name. We were seated by the host in a timely manner but 5 minutes went by and no waiter yet to greet us or take drink order. At that time my 9 yr old and 11 yr old grandsons were getting ansy. One of them went to another table to get a Ziosk to play games since our table didn't have one. As my grandson returned to the table a man followed right behind him taking the Ziosk from him telling us that the Ziosk are placed at designated tables and there's a charge. We were not even given the option to use it. After he placed it back on it's originating table he returned introducing himself as our waiter. He acted so impatient while taking our order. After taking our drink order he asked if we were ready to order. I asked him to give us a few more minutes and he sighed as he walked off. Upon returning with our drinks he only brought 2 straws so I waved him down asking for another straw. He looks on the table and says to me "Did I not put enough on the table?" I told him no. Then again, why do I have to explain why I'm needing a straw. As our appetizers were brought out he brings 3 plates and 5 napkins. My 9 year old grandson spilled his ranch on the table so we cleaned it up with a few napkins. As our food was brought out I asked for extra napkins. The waiters gives me this look as if I'm annoying him and says.....We are limited to how many napkins we can give because we're running. I told him my grandson are eating chips and salsa, fried pickles, burger and fries as well as tenders and fries and you expect kids to use 1-2 napkins. Again, why do I have to keep explaining myself when requesting necessities from a restaurant. He tells me he can give me a couple more. At this point I was just livid and extremely disappointed with the service. Our food came and I noticed the grease from the burger soaked the bun. I asked the waiter for another bun and he said that wasn't possible. At this point I just asked for our check,...
Read moreALL Negative Reviews are đŻ% CORRECT! DONâT Dine in! Please go somewhere else and donât waste your money at this location. No customer service and nasty attitude from the bartender, the manager, and servers.
We walked in and there was no host/hostess. The bartender and the servers saw us (Party of 11) and didnât bother to call anybody or help us. They just kept walking by us. You canât exactly miss 11 people standing around together! I walked over to the bartender and asked and if anybody was working up front. He sarcastically laughed and said that he doesnât work as a host but he is working. I told him that I was aware that he was the bartender, but can he go head and call someone so we can be seated. The bartender ignored me and didnât call anyone. Our server was decent and nice but another server had to keep helping her. The manager and another server came out with our food and the male manager asked who ordered fajitas. He had 3 fajita boats/sides. He didnât give us a chance to answer and got all frustrated with our party and said âok well you have 3 fajita boats.â The other server laughed when he brought it over to the other table. My daughter didnât get her food so I had to ask the server twice for her food. Donât dine in! I canât express that enough! The workers here act like they donât want to work and be bothered. My uncle asked for a second cup of coffee and after disappearing for 10 mins, the server came back and said that they were out of coffee. The manager also has an attitude and they werenât even busy that night. The whole experience felt like they were trying to rush us out of there and didnât want to serve us. Do yourself a favor and go...
