I am very upset because I visit McDonald's a lot because I get stuck with my computer but in this town the attention is very bad, apart from the supervisor I don't know what she is, she is racist. I am a permanent resident of Macdonal. I always go to Macdonal and I always go there. They even know me, they are very kind but that is in the being of the person and here everything is bad oh oh they closed it and now I had a bad expression I had already had breakfast at my house and I had filled my soda bottle at my house and I entered out of necessity to I charged my cell phone and my iPad was on, but I wasn't even using the internet. I just arrived and this woman, the supervisor, was watching because maybe she likes to be involved in everything except her work. I was with my boyfriend and she told us that if we didn't buy, she would kill us. Take it out or she would call the police. We didn't say anything but we told her it was okay for her to do it. We weren't doing anything wrong and MacDonald says in its policy that people are free to sit at McDonald's with their computer and work quietly. I don't do it. Only my people, I see a lot of people because it feels like a good space not in this location because it is the first time I went and the last and besides there was a girl who defended us in front of her who told her what was wrong with her if she was Rasita or that she abuses her position and she thinks she is a gringo when she is not, she is a foreigner. The girl said what is wrong with her because he did the same thing to her days after he had judged her for her appearance and he told her that She looked like she was from the street. Apart from all that, the police arrived and she said that I had said that I didn't care. She made up a lot of things. Aoarte is a big liar just to get her way. She said that the owner of the McDonald's said to do that. And I don't believe it, that's why Mr. owner of this McDonald's because even though Macdonal's fight, they are different bosses, although many people don't know it but the brand is the same, so Mr. Boss of this McDonald's, look at who he employs, because if not, you're going to get Let no one get there, just talk to that woman who is such a bad person and check the cameras. I appreciate how she behaves in case you really want to know what kind of employee she is. In short, what I want to get at is, I called 3 patrols who questioned me. They asked for my information and even one of the police officers who was born here but the son of Puerto Ricans knew Spanish, he reminded her of two previous cases that she had also called and that on so many occasions he also reminded her that that woman has a court and if not If it turned out, she would have problems because she calls a lot for those things and the police told us to pay attention, she would only do her job because since she is the manager there and she didn't want us to be there, she told us that if we arrived again they would arrest us, imagine. Mr. owner of this McDonald's, if they rent all the people who do not arrive, he will be left without customers, only with that racist employee, and well, even though...

Since it is approaching two weeks since I spoke with corporate and I still have yet to receive the follow up I requested, I will air my grievance here.
For starters, the service time is consistently long, even if you are in the drive thru. On August 2nd I placed an order using the mobile app to pick up in the drive thru around 2:02pm. The line was moving until the car ahead of me notified them their order was messed up and switched out the items which took ten minutes. Seeing as though the line is blocked in, I could not cancel my order and leave. I didnât get to the drive through window until around 2:15pm, to which I was instructed to park in a space to receive my food. 2:25pm no food was brought to my vehicle, so I went inside and asked for my food. I am aware that drive thru is priority and there are time constraints to getting the orders out, so waiting over 20 minutes for food from a drive thru is beyond unacceptable and if the food is sitting it is a potential food safety issue. I informed the lady in the front that I havenât received my food from the drive thru. She told me she would âmake my order freshâ as if my food shouldnât be fresh when I receive it, to which I then asked for a partial refund for the wait time. She brought the food over and I asked for my refund to which she responded âyour refund is I make your food freshâ. Again, fresh food is expected from the customer and the Health Department to stay in business! I asked for the manager and she came over and granted a full refund but then tried to take the food. I informed her that it is beyond unacceptable to have someone wait nearly 30 minutes for food without acknowledging their error and that a free apple pie is not an acceptable response. I then asked for her boss and she informed me they would not be back until Monday. I left the store and contacted the customer service number on the receipt.
Looking at these other reviews it looks like this is way more common than it should be. If youâre waiting a long time for your food, you might want to check to ensure your food is fresh especially if you canât see them making it. As for me, I will never set foot nor contribute any money to this specific store. Just drive up the street if you want your food on...
Read moreI donât usually write reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience at the McDonaldâs located at 14591 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Woodbridge, VA 22191 to help others make informed choices.
Last night, my girlfriend and I visited this 24-hour location. I was excited to try the grilled snack wraps, which I hadnât seen in years. To my surprise, I was able to order two grilled chicken wraps and an M&M McFlurryâand everything was prepared correctly. We left satisfied and impressed, especially since the ice cream machine was actually working.
However, when I returned the following day hoping to order the same meal, the manager on duty insisted that grilled wraps had never been served at that location and claimed he had worked the night before. This was baffling, since both my girlfriend and I clearly remembered the meal I had just eaten.
As someone who used to work at McDonaldâs and even trained staff during the time wraps were regularly offered, Iâm very familiar with how the kitchen runs. Based on my experience, it seemed like the manager may not have wanted to prepare grilled chicken or possibly wanted to keep the drive-thru times lowerâwhich I understand is a performance metric in many locations. But rather than simply stating they were unavailable at that moment, he chose to flat-out deny that they had ever been served, which felt both dismissive and unprofessional.
Everyone makes mistakes or has off days, but denying a customer's valid experience without checking or offering solutions is not acceptable. I hope this feedback encourages more honest and respectful customer service. Unfortunately, I wonât be returning to...
