Myself and my daughter was out shopping in the Tyson’s area. We came to this Wendy’s on our way home. When we placed our order through drive through, the make was rushing us to place our order yelling. I placed the order for our food so I ordered a “cherry berry” drink. I was given “Strawberry” I told him I asked for cherry berry. He said strawberry cherry berry it’s the same. I said no. As I disagree other employees approach the window arguing it’s the same. The male told me if he made the drink it would be too sweet, As I explained to them it was wrong they told me they would take my license plate to call the police. WHY???? They didn’t get my order correct. I drive around and enter the store video taping it. They still refused to make it as it was in the advertised brochure. Still threatening to call the Police.... I’m African American why call the police after you hit my drink wrong. Then after getting my drink I get in the car no chicken on my sandwich. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...
Read moreI don't usually rate unless i either have horrible service or fantastic service. My wife and I went there a couple of months ago and it was the worst service I have ever had. First, they were out of all soda except Diet Coke. It took three separate drink orders for them to finally tell me that Diet Coke was all they had. They started my order with "What do you want?" and just held out their hand for my payment without telling me the total and expected me to look at the register. I admit that the skill needed to read the total myself is low, but that is just bad customer service/business. The Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger was cold and when I approached the counter to tell them, they looked at me, took the burger, walked to the back looking annoyed that I had a complaint. They gave me the replacement burger and didn't say a word. No "Thank you," "Sorry that my staff gave you an old burger," or "Go away." Nothing. I ordered the fish and was told it would take 5 minutes to cook. No problem. However, about 12 minutes later the food is done. I noticed they did not add the cheese to the order and went back to the counter. Stood there before what appeared to be the manager who then signaled the employee to come help me. There was NO SENSE OF URGENCY as this person looked my way and then began to grab a bag of frozen fries and drop them, hesitated and then finally come my way to assist me.
This was not a good experience at this restaurant. I would partially understand if this placed was packed and the employees were getting slammed. I was the only person in the restaurant and this was around 7:45 pm and NOT a late night situation.
