My wife and I visited this Wendy's about a week and a half ago. Kamir rang us up, us and him always recognize each other, smiles and asks how each are doing...real nice guy. We ordered two of the Biggie Bags (a medium and a large) that come with Burger, fries, 4 nuggets and drink. We got the bags and sat down.
Halfway through, I realized my bag didnt get the nuggets though hers did. An employee happened to be cleaning the tables and my wife mentioned to him that we only received one of the two 4 piece nuggets. He then asked if we were sure and we said yes we were sure. Then he started to say over and over that he knows he put nuggets in both bags but we assured him we only got the one. Then he says that he is the manager and he doesn't make mistakes (yes he actually said this, we later learned his name was Qua). At this point, we were getting a little hot. We even asked him to come over and look at our food, we are not hiding anything but he refused and kept insisting he knows he put them in both our bags. Eventually he said he would take care of it and continued to clean the rest of the tables....and kept cleaning...in no hurry to fix the problem or tell someone else. Eventually he told me to go to the counter and get them. So I got up and went, eventually he came over and gave me the nuggets...the whole time he again kept insisting that he did put nuggets in both bags. I stayed polite and promised him that I did not get them originally.
Back at the table, we continued with our meal. We then started to over hear him talking about us to the other staff in the kitchen (with a full attitude and not even trying to keep it under his breath) about how he gave them to us the first time and that he should have charged us again for these. We then stood up from our table to stress back to him that he is calling us liars. Basically from that point, we were going back and forth with him telling us that he is the manager and he knows he gave us all the nuggets the first time and we should have paid for the other ones he just gave us. At that point. I just had enough and returned the 2 extra nuggets I had left, he was just taking it way over the line. We did not go to Wendy's specifically to spend $15.00 on two meals for the purpose of scamming them out of $1.89 worth of chicken nuggets.
He then came out of the kitchen and wanted us to leave, of which we refused because we were still eating. I told him I would give him our trash personally after we finish just so he can see that we only got ONE 4 piece nuggets and NOT two.
After all this aggression was over, we finished eating as much as we could, we lost our appetite by this point. As we left, I kept my promise and neatly laid out all of the trash from the items we DID receive on the tray so there was no confusion and took it to the counter. I handed it to Kamir since he was already up there.
I also told Kamir that every time we have been there, he is always smiling and knows just who we are, he is very pleasant and courteous, and that he should be the manager. I wanted to be sure we finally got his name to put in a good word for him because we will probably never return to this location again, at least not as long as the manager Qua is still part of it.
So in short, Qua immediately escalated an issue that didn't need to happen and kept on with it. It is possible that he did put nuggets in a bag and left it waiting for fries to cook or something, then someone else may have given out to the drive thru, but he refused to admit that something may have screwed up. We were calm and clear as much as we could be but his constant reminding us from the very beginning of the situation that he did give them to us with a ticked off attitude in his voice, then continued to openly and loudly talk with his staff about us just crossed a line even more than it already had been. He was EXTREMELY rude and should not be the face of customer service at any establishment. Kamir however has a much better personality for this and should be looked at closer...

Dude taking orders sounds like he had 12 cups of coffee in the speaker felt rushed when there was nobody inside or in the drive thru besides us. Finally get to the window. And then he was asking us what we ordered. Get our food and while waiting for drinks the Mrs noticed her chicken that they added to the salad was dried out and super hard like if it sat there for a good 2 days. She told the guy in the window and was like well you gonna have to wait. Pull up there with a attitude. After waiting about 4 to 5 minutes she goes inside. Walks up to the counter and sees the 2 guys just casually eating fries straight out of the area where they keep the fries with no gloves on or anything. Out of uniform like they just strolled off the street to come and work. She was disgusted and came out side to get the food for a refund. Not knowing the situation me and the little one down our burgers. She brought the food In For a refund and given the fact that we had eaten the burgers they should have refunded the whole order. But instead gave us only $16 back from a $29 order. A Jr bacon cheese burger and bacon nator don't cost no $13. (Sandwhices only). Then the guy replied is like you kept a 4 for 4....smh never going back to this place again. Dude had the only attitude hope this place closes down. Ya ain't doing no good by touching food unprotected and serving it to people. Giving a call to corporate in the morning. Again another reason why we stay away from fast food places......because of places like this. Go to wawa they got good...
Read moreThis is one of THE WORST I'VE EVER encountered. Why I say one of lets start there went to three locations all dining are closed. The door states 6:30am. This location same so decide to get in line with the others standing guest waiting to order. The RUDE manager states we can't stand there and she will open door. We'll she took her red braided hair time. No to mention it's several of us waiting outside remember I stated that I got in line with the others. Get to the inside then waiting as no one is in the building, while the staff taking ALL drive thru orders as we waited until I addressed issue on how she have a lobby line. The young lady took my order which was wrong. The reason why might been due to her having beeing on a call in her ear talking and taking my order. The staff is rude the manager has no skills or control of her environment, doesn't know how to trouble shoot or consolidate her or staff steps. Dining room has food under the chairs ect. Although I made a small purchase for the 2for3 it doesn't matter it was a purchase. May the cooperate office should watch the videos of the staff performance and retrain and retrain again. At this rate this company will be also FILING BANKRUPTCY LIKE THE OTHERS....
