Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Visalia

This is a nice Applebee’s with good service. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into this Applebee’s and was told I had a ten minute wait, so I waited in the seated waiting area by the host. After ten minutes he sat me at my table. While I was reading the menu, two servers accidentally brought food to me instead of a different table. I ordered a lemonade with no ice, which tasted good, and the battered shrimp with a side of buffalo sauce. However, the restaurant was out of shrimp, so I got the fish and chips instead, which comes with french fries. The fish tasted good and the fries tasted good too, both exceeding my expectations. The buffalo sauce made a nice addition to the meal as it was a tasty dipping sauce for both the fish and french fries. The service I received by the waitress helping me was outstanding, as she was nice and professional. When two servers brought me food for someone else, she showed up and directed them to the right table. As I was sitting down and the two other servers were bringing someone food, she pointed out to them that someone’s food had something they couldn’t have, so they had to send it back to the kitchen. This was impressive because she managed to be a great waitress while watching over other people as well to make sure they completed their orders correctly. Service was the worst through out the hole night the waitress kept messing with the tablet thing on the table finally at the end of the night she told us to pay through the damn thing so we did. When we were about to leave the waitress runs up to my car and yells "you didn't pay" she made a big scene i walked with her back to the restaurant and she brought the manager out, they tell me my card was only charged half the bill and they don't know why. I asked if it could be because of the tablet they have because they been having to restart it 2 times she said "no its because you don't have money". Who the hell says that outloud to a customer when they are the ones that can't process a payment correctly i gave them cash for the remainder of the bill so they didn't have any excuse this time, and told them to keep the change and they were offended like really you got offended? Plus i had given the waitress a small tip of 6 bucks for her bad service she asked "is this for me?" I said yes she just made a face at me and slamed the money on the counter and didn't say anything else and just gave me my receipt. I would never again in my life. I have never felt so unimportant. We sat at the bar and I asked the blonde bartender is it ok if she can spray where we were sitting, b/c the table top was so sticky - immediately an attitude. Then I asked an associate could she clean the salsa and fries that someone spilled on the floor with the plastic cups and lids everywhere she ( dark curly hair young woman ) said oh sure.. and never returned. The bartender was so unengaged with us. I felt like we were more a nuisance to her. She was laughing and joking with other customers and barely spoke to us. And then our server ADAM.. I can't even. It took him forever to come wait on us .. Have you ever had someone ask you questions and look at the TV and at other people throughout the entire conversation ?That was Adam. Was out food out in a fast time yes. Would I recommend this place or go back? It's a NO for me. All 3 of those people would be wrote up and trained on customer service for all People. Or just fired.
