Del Taco — Restaurant in Visalia

Went to this location at almost 5:30 today 3/19 with my family. We went through the drive thru first with one other car who had gone through the drive thru and at the speaker was told that it would be a minute before they would take our order. The restaurant was not busy and no one else was in the drive thru. After that minute had passed, we parked and attempted to go inside instead to find that the doors to the lobby were locked with other patrons inside. We got back in our vehicle and went through the drive thru, ordered our food and as we paid we asked the employee why they had there doors closed and all the lady told us was she didn’t know and someone must of put a sign up right now. We told her there was no sign up. The employee then proceeds to tell us that she doesn’t know why and that she wasn’t the manager. After we left we saw other people show up the the restaurant attempting to also open the lobby doors where they were also left with negative results. There after notice how out of control the drive thru started to become. Still had no idea why they didn’t have their lobby open. Rude employees who obviously don’t care for...

Del taco is amazing when their staff has one or two old timers who take pride in their work and neatly include and layout each ingredient so its spread evenly throughout the product with an appropriate amount of fresh sauce minus the crusty pieces from where the unused. Sauce hardened around the dispenser. The topper is that the food item of my choice is centered in the middle of the wrapping paper with neat even folds and rolled with the ends and edges tucked in, which is how every item was in my order that im referring to for this survey. You know you're in trouble when a the items are wrapped inside and then its scrunched up into a ball. Much like one scrunches up a garbage sheet of paper right before tossi g it into the garbage can for office entertainment.

Once again this order was aced!! Except they were out of shake mix which I'm told happens about the same time every night. So double your order. Please.

We went for lunch. When we waiting for our food. We saw an employee sneeze. And he didn't cover his face. So we told the manager about what we saw . He told my wife. That would make us a new lunch. We waited. And we never got another lunch. So I got up to ask about are lunch. He stated that he didn't know what was happening. I told him. That we wanted are money back. I told him again that the employee sneeze on the food. He just looked at me. Gave me my money back and. We left it was so disgusting and all the employees were not wearing gloves. I told the manager that. I would report to the corporation. What had happened. He said fine go ahead. Even that shocked me. So don't visit...
