West Coast Sourdough - Visalia — Restaurant in Visalia

I ordered a cranberry turkey sandwich and it was no barn burner. As soon as I opened up the lid for my clam chowder, I knew it was Progresso or canned. If you are going to advertise as a sourdough and soup restaurant, at least put in the effort as a company to put out quality product. Tell your company they can lower their food costs and prepare better product for customers. Your customers will want to come back if you put in that effort. Otherwise, why have a restaurant if you are not going to put in the love and effort it takes in the restaurant business. I had to give it a star rating in order to post this, but in all honestly, until you change, West Cost Sourdough, you should be getting a zero out of five star rating. Don't eat here, until they change. I can make clam chowder and have made sourdough from scratch, way better. If it's not difficult for a home cook, then it shouldn't be difficult for a restaurant either. That should tell...

They realy need some growing experience first off lines were disorganized they asked if i wanted a receipt i said no not realizing it would have my order number on it .so now iam trying to flag an employee down after the fact to figure out the number .they finaly set our food on the counter it sits forever they bag it set it on the second counter when we ask were the soup is the employee takes off and after a while another guy walks up and sorts through my food iam like thats ours were still waiting on the soup ..more time goes by a third persons walks up and says we never got charged obviously i dont have the receipt so iam doing the math and realize yeah the 25 dollars for two drinks and two 6inch subs was right bad experience and over priced subway takes better care of their customers...

They had a single person wash a 6foot metal shelving unit with a bucket by the Dutch bros drive thru, and then it fell over on top of my car breaking my mirror and deeply scratching and denting my CRV. The owner refuses to reimburse for the $2k in damages even though it’s on security tape. Don’t support them. So irresponsible and annoying. They shouldn’t have had 1 person do that job, by all the cars nonetheless.

Edited to Add: I’ve talked to corporate and the owner and manager are giving them the same run around as me so corporate said they can’t help me. How sad of a world we live in when a busy business is so cheap they won’t even pay for damages they cause and think they can get away with it by...
