The subway at this location has a drive thru with a touch screen we went through drive thru and i started an order for a friend not in the car going off messages. I than started my gfs order who was in the car. Then i started mine. I get to mine and I’ve always got the spicy Italian which recently got it’s named changed to the hotshot Italian. It wasn’t an option. I started to look for a make your own option but there wasn’t one. i’ve never gone through the drive thru but today did because my gf wasn’t feeling well. I didn’t think much of it due to all three sandwiches being on the menu inside. we decided to cancel the order and just go inside we ordered the sandwiches again but the young lady checking us out had some words for us. she asked if we were just in drive thru to which i said yes. she then proceeded to roll her eyes at me and give me attitude about how they already started making the sandwiches when we canceled them and told me i was inconsiderate and simply explained what had happened and she told me that i needed to open my eyes and look harder i told her that my gf and i both checked multiple times even look for a create my own option. nobody was in drive thru nor was any customers inside so it wasn’t like they were busy. We thought about ordering the two through drive thru than mine inside but we were using a coupon for 3 footlongs. My gf and i have both worked in fast food in drive thru people change minds and cancel orders all the time i dont think its a reason to have an employee roll their eyes and give attitude over. Read moreI’ve visited this place three times and each time they got our order wrong, they sure do like to offer to remake their mistake but I drive 22 minutes to use their drive through. When I call and tell them they asked for the sandwich back to investigate, and even offered to check their cameras to see if it was made right, upon which I asked does the camera show how hard and stale the bread is? It was as hard as a rock, come on guys! Three consecutive times my order was not only wrong it was missing items! Enough is enough. Someone with the district position needs to do their job and visit their establishment and correct these on going issues, because for me this is strike three… how many poor reviews do you need to fix your store? Read moreI have been going to this location for years , as it's the best with customer service and quality. I haven't been here in about 6 months and noticed all new employees. I came in with my kids. My kids get a very basic sandwich with 3 ingredients. They were sparce with the ingredients to say the least. A whopping 2 slices of cucumbers. I asked for extra and the women said they count everything and she can't. A customer 7 feet away was having his sandwich made while I was getting my vegetables. The employee had a difficult time figuring out if I was asking questions or the man getting his sandwich made on the other side of the table. Very dissapointed.
