Just the worst experience, do not visit this particular Panda. I could complain about the drive thru line, trash in the surrounding area, or lack of available food options in the early afternoon. But honestly none of this really bothered me until I experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
To start, they had to physically take my phone through the drive thru window in order to scan the app. Not just barely in, but way in out of sight for nearly a full minute. I gave my card to pay, to similarly disconnected results, then I was given my food.
As I left the drive thru, I suddenly realized I didn't get my credit card back. So I parked and went inside. I can only describe my interaction inside the building as rude and dismissive. Initially not believed they could have forgotten to give my card back. Finally, the employee that orginally took my card got involved, and went to go get it - went where? I literally just left the drive thru. The other employee gave me the card saying only "here" without another word.
I wanted to give my feedback about all that happened, but couldn't find my receipt in the bag or anywhere. They also did not give me my receipt at all. I found a way to submit feedback without it, noting I was not given a receipt, and specifically which location I was at. The customer service rep that contacted me a week later, asked me to send a copy of my receipt so they could help me further. I gave up at this point.
Just go to another Panda in Visalia, we have plenty more, and any "issues" they might have, are nothing compared to my experience...

Read moreWe placed our order at the drive thru and the young lady told us it was going to be about a 4 minute wait for the rice. We had no problem with that. We pulled around to the front as she asked. But then we were there for 12 minutes and my dad went inside and asked about our order. She said she got held up and she was just getting our order together right now. But another 5 minutes went by and a man came out and handed us the order and said sorry but when my dad went to ask about it, he stormed off. We just wanted a little better customer service.
