TLDR; Disrespectful Employees, Horrid Prices, Disgusting Food. You’re paying inflation prices to be handed the wrong size.

Please save your money and avoid this Taco Bell at all cost.

Ordered through the drive through. Employee was incredibly impatient and unresponsive. Pulled up to the window, employee handed us the wrong size drink. Informed him politely that we were handed the wrong size and afterwards was given the wrong size again (didn’t bother correcting him). Received our food and tried to tell the employee “Have a goodnight” only to have the window suddenly shut on me.

At home, beefy layered burrito was an unholy amalgamation of sour cream, half melted cheese and beans. The burrito hardly had any beef at all.

The Quesadilla was pathetic, looked as if it was thrown on floor and stomped on. The employees didn’t bother cutting it. Genuinely could’ve made a better Quesadilla at home and now I’m questioning why I didn’t do that instead. Please save your money and avoid this Taco Bell at all cost. Horrible...

Absolutely wonderful staff who'll go out of their way to help you fulfill your order to the fullest and when they are out of stock of certain items on your order, they don't hesitate to make it right. In the same breath, they are also easily overwhelmed by high volumes of orders and begin to display signs of carelessness in the handling and preparation of meals for customers. It's Taco Bell. I don't expect restaurant quality food, but it would be a lot more appealing to have your order handled in a manner that shows some passion versus a robotic means of handling things. This is easily the most poorly managed taco bell i've been to. I ordered and paid online and arrived after the scheduled opening time and the manager refused to make my food until her employees showed up, telling me on two visits 20 minutes apart that they will be "opening in 15 minutes". I get that fast food jobs are underpaid and restaurants swamp and shaft their employees on a regular basis but withholding and refusing to make a paid order over a workplace squabble is exactly what you shouldn't do in that situation.
