Not one to leave reviews but my fiancĂŠ & I feel so bad after seeing how one of the employees was treated.. right in front of customers. A manager yelled at a young lady named Haley because she had an undershirt on under her black apron and red shirt, that was gray. It took me a few seconds to figure out what the manager was complaining about, because it was barely noticeable. She may have been new and apologized immediately and said Iâm so sorry I didnât know and the manager goes well you should have asked and you need to take it off now. This poor girl, if thatâs how management is going to treat employees in front of customers I cannot imagine how employees are treated on a day to day basis. I understand rules are rules but to reprimand this young lady in front of customers over something so trivial and honestly unnoticeable, was so disheartening. PS - your other employee had a white undershirt on and you said nothing to him.

   Read moreI went to DiBellaâs in Wallingford today (12/7/24 @3:30pm) on my lunch break to grab a drink and some chips . I was not greeted upon entry , actually I was NEVER acknowledged. Nonetheless, I still went to grab my things and waited at the register to cash out . There was a guy in the front bagging cookies and another on the grille . I stood at the register for about 2 mins before I asked the guy on the grille if there was someone who can ring me out so I can go , he looked over at me , ignored me and kept on wrking as if I wasnât standing there , so I stood close to the counter because I assumed he couldnât hear me and said it again (still nothing ) I tried to call an signal the man upfront but he looked and continued to wrk as well basically resulting in me not getting ANY service at all . I personally feel like They were EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! If this is what DiBellaâs seems as a good example of how to treat your customers I will never go back and take my business elsewhere.    Read moreWe stopped here to use 2 coupons for free kids meal. The coupon said no purchase necessary but somehow they seem to ring in one coupon. When I brought the receipt back to the cashier, she told me that she rang it up on a different receipt. She then dug through the garbage as an attempt to prove it but gave up after 3 or 4 receipts. She then told me I can only use one coupon at a time and asked me what I wanted her to do. I'm not sure if it's the person, or the training, but we did not enjoy our visit here. The sandwich that I ordered had things on it I didn't ask for. Instead of arguing, I just finished my sandwich and left.
