Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Wareham

This was the best experience ever. The online ordering was easy. The customization for each item was detailed. The pickup time provided was very accurate. Upon arriving at the store there was dedicated parking for pickup orders. Upon entering the store it was pretty busy, the staff member at thw register called out welcome can I help you?. When I stated I was picking up an order I was asked my name the order was checked and confirmed packed. I did see the vegetables being fresh cut for each order. There was a staff member fresh slicing the meats and cheeses. A fourth was at the grill and all four were operating in a chorus like drill line making all the food stuffs. As busy as the store was the orders were moving quickly, the people were served professionally and speedily. The shop was incredibly clean and after a short wait I departed with my order. Upon opening the bag and unwrapping the sandwich, it should be noted the packaging was perfect. Well wrapped no staples or tape, just very careful folding and tucking. The paper bag was of perfect sizing and ready for reuse or recycling. The wrap inside was very well prepared, intact, and well packed with my philly steak and cheese. The meat was very well shaved and bite size chunks. The cheese was melted perfectly throughout the meat onions and peppers. The flavor was incredible. I will be back early and...

Always a happy environment! Dustin is always welcoming and great service. I was in last week and there were 3 workers on and someone came in for a mobile order and was very mad that her order wasn’t completed as the app told her it would be. She ripped her slip off the line and proceeded to point finger in the young girls face. The worker kept her composure and continued to work as she needed to. The customer was beyond rude and disrespectful. All workers did a great job and didn’t rush through others orders to get to hers. They took their time with eat order as they do. Dustin tied to reason with the customer and she took her food out of his hands and left with a big sigh as if she waited 45 minutes. The poor girl worker handled the whole situation so well and professionally. If the customer said one more rude comment, I would have approached her as we were all waiting for the same thing.

We got grinder’s there early this year. We were so looking forward to it because of all the hype. It was definitely the most disappointing grinders we ever had. We paid over $20 for two grinders and we got the heated grinders chicken and cheese. The chicken was practically nonexistent. It was salty did not taste very good. They should have undercover boss go to this location unless this is the way all the Jersey Mike locations are. I will definitely tell everybody now not to get those grinders. The ads with Danny Devito definitely do not show a jersey Mike’s grinder. Looked like a D’Angelo‘s grinder. This is really false advertising. Service was not bad the grinder was just awful and the worst thing is we took them to go so we were not gonna drive back 15 minutes to bring them back on a Saturday in traffic.
